Situation: 1 Dec 07: Sergeant Mike McNulty (USMC) is getting redy to go to Iraq for his second tour and goes to visit a friend in Chicago before deploying. While at his friend's house, on or about 11am, he noticed a man leaning up against his car. Mike left his friend's apartment and caught the man keying his car on multiple sides.
Part One: The police show up and issue scumbag lawyer Jay R. Grodner a citation for misdemeanor criminal damage to private property.
Part Two: Sergeant McNulty takes his vehicle to the body shop for an estimate and it comes to 2400.00. EIGHT TIMES the level for a felony in Ill.
Part Three: The shyster offers to pay Mike his deductible ($100) and then let Sgt McNulty's insurance pick up the rest. (Isn't that fraud?) Unbelieveably, the Illinois States Attorney's Office tried to coerce Sgt McNulty into accepting the offer! Sgt McNulty rightfully said NO and that he wanted this to be a felony. The SAO then told Mike that it was not worth pursuing felony damage against Grodner because they don't have the time. How odd that criminal acts go UNPUNISHED in liberals states! THEN, the SAO asked Sgt McNulty if he would accept probation for Grodner and the Sergeant okay'ed it. Grodner DECLINED the offer, and then arrogantly informed the court: "I'm not going to make it easy on this kid". Grodner THOUGHT that he could ask for continuances until Sgt McNulty departs for Iraq.
UPDATE:
1. Grodner is a registered Democrat and an anti-war agitator.
2. Sgt McNulty was called by the State's Attorney in order to discuss the case. The State's Attorney (Lisa Madigan) expressed her intent to prosecute Grodner to the fullest extent of the law.
3. The shyster (Grodner) was called before court and then failed to show up. in his absence, the Judge issued a warrant for his arrest effective immediately. Witnesses state that when the shyster rolled in that he looked, "more pathetic than anyone I had ever seen."
4. The shyster bleated that tardiness was because traffic had been busy and he 'made a wrong turn'. His Honor then chastised him for being late AND his pathetic excuses.
VICTORY:
This story took off with a bullet. The folks at BLACKFIVE broke it and tore Grodner a new one. Nee tipped the Gunny who emailed all of the news outlets, the Illinois Governor, Chicago Mayor, Deerfield City Council, Bill O'Rielly, Sean Hannity, The Godfather, and Neal Boortz, and a number of other folks. THIS was a COMBINED ACTION with the blogosphere sticking it deep in the shyster and breaking it off. It also seems apparent that the Ill. State's Attorney's Office is going to take this issue to a higher level. It looks like one sh*thead liberal anti-war scum-lapping bottom-feeder is gonna find himself on the inside looking out. The Gunny fervently hopes and prays that his cellie is about 6'8" and 300 lbs, who answers to the name of Jamal!
