In part three, we will look at how the ACLU is working to keep the southern border porous for the Invasion of the Benefit Snatchers and how they attack religion, the goal of all communists.

1. The ACLU advocates the dissolution of America’s borders and the removal of all restrictions on immigration into the United States.

2. The ACLU created an Immigration Task Force which is hard at work:

   a. expanding anti-discrimination laws to require employers to hire illegal aliens.
   b. weakening sanctions against employers who hire illegal aliens.
   c. barring the INS from conducting inspections without a search warrant.
   d. requiring U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services to provide free legal counsel to illegal aliens.
   e. ensuring illegal aliens' eligibility for welfare benefits.
   f. opposing ALL DoJ efforts to fingerprint and track immigrants and foreign visitors to the United States. They claim that this treats  immigrant populations as a separate and quasi-criminal element of society. I guess tracking criminals and potential criminals is not a concern to them.
   g. opposing a DOJ measure that would give local and state police the power to enforce immigration laws.

The ACLU and religion:

   In the spring, graduations approach, the ACLU distributes a letter to public schools warning them that no one is permitted pray or make public remarks referring to their faith at graduation ceremonies. The ACLU also orders that public schools should censure any speech that might be viewed as having a religious tone. After Katrina, the ACLU demanded that the town of St. Bernard, Louisiana (abuts New Orleans) be forbidden to erect a gold and silver cross as part of its memorial to the victims. The effort was financed by private funds and is located on private land. That same year, the ACLU sued the school board of Harrison County, West Virginia over a portrait of Jesus that had hung outside a principal's office for nearly 40 years.

   The ACLU of Illinois filed a federal lawsuit, in April 1997, that challenged the City of Chicago's operation of scout troops affiliated with the Boy Scouts of America, on grounds that the BSA had traditionally required its members to profess their belief in God, and had barred homosexual men from being scout leaders. The ACLU is determined to provide NAMBLA members with easy access to children.

   Freedom of speech ranks HIGH among the ACLU’s priorities. The ACLU says that the First Amendment “protects” child pornography! Moerover, the ACLU states that NO governmental restriction should be placed on the 
distribution, reproduction, sale, or use of child porn. HOWEVER, the ACLU DOES oppose ANY laws PROHIBITING the disruption of military funerals by radical antiwar demonstrators. They have fought such restrictions several states, including Kentucky, Louisiana, and Ohio.

   The ACLU is ALSO concerned with:

1. prohibiting security personnel at National Football League games from searching fans for weapons before they enter the stadiums.
2. preventing New York City subway police officers from searching passengers they deem suspicious. In STUNNING CONTRAST, the ACLU has its own security guards search the possessions of anyone entering its New York City headquarters building. (A little liberal hypocracy anyone?)
3. advocating the right to taxpayer-funded abortion-on-demand.
4. overturning laws which bar convicted felons from voting in political elections.
5. suing ANY STATE that has banned publicly funded universities from using state money to finance trips to countries designated as sponsors of terrorism: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria. (Recently it hapened to Florida.)
6. askeing officials in various cities to reject a proposal that would require businesses with foreign-language signs to add English translations – characterizing the proposal as “unconstitutional, anti-immigrant and unnecessary.
7. repealing all civil and criminal laws prohibiting bigamy and polygamy.
8. filing a lawsuit against the City of Indianapolis because they had passed a local ordinance that would fine convicted child molesters, predators, and rapists SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS if they were found within 1,000 feet of playgrounds, swimming pools, recreation centers, or sports fields when children were present.
9. CONDEMING the implementation of the Real ID Act (H.R. 418). This system was passed by Congress in 2005 and was scheduled to take effect in May 2008. Its aim was to stiffen federal laws protecting against terrorists’ entry into the U.S., preventing people from abusing the state driver's license process to obtain false identification, and expanding the legal definition of:
 
   a. "terrorist organization"
   b. "terrorist activity,"
   c. crimes pertaining to U.S. immigration law.
 
Lately, the ACLU bleated that having a REAL ID that CANNOT be forged would constitute a horrid nightmare for America that will: "only lead to a national identity card system that violates personal privacy." Read that to mean a horris nightmare for illegal aliens, terrorists, and Dhimmicrats trying to vote repeatedly in election or buy votes from bums, winos, addicts, p*mps, wh*res, and ex-cons. In other words, their core constituentcy.

I wonder IF the ACLU will EVER stand up for us when liberals attack the 2d Amendment again?
