That was Red Nanny Pelosi's insane reply to a gutsy reporter, who was actually doing a bit of journalism there, almost reminiscent of the days when reporters actually asked hard questions and dug to get to the bottom of a story, when he asked The Demented One about the Constitutionality of her Health Care Takeover, er, Reform. What this wicked stepmother of all Americans, well, decent God-fearing Constitution-loving Americans anyway fails to realize, is that YES, we ARE serious. And we're p*ssed off to no end. Roughly 8,000 Americans showed up OUTSIDE the Cannon Building where the Wicked Witch of the West works her Marxist ways, on a Thursday, with three days notice. They shouted, "CAN YOU HEAR US NOW!?" She heard them but did not care. She's an old hag, with one foot in the grave and the other on a banana peel, somehow thinking that this will be her legacy, like FDR's illegal Ponzi Scam, Social SUCKurity, is his. Another violation of the Constitution noted.

Her bill, forcing us to fall under a government plan, and rest assured, after they destroy the private insurance companies, this is all we'll have, is grossly unconstitutional. Way back in 1942, there was a SCOTUS case, Wickard v. Filburn, that set the parameters of Congress' ability to regulate interstate commerce, again where they have violated the Constitution by forbidding interstate competition by health care insurance companies. Nanny Pelosi would have the government colossus penalizing us for doing nothing (refusing to buy into her scam) and after refusing to pay fines, additional taxes, etc, prosecution by the Feds. So far to date, the SCOTUS has upheld people being relatively free of federal power in their daily lives. Red Nanny's health care takeover, in reality, would shove the Federal Colossus right into our faces, becoming a part of our lives on a daily basis. A radical expansion of the Imperial Federal Government's power by a radical Marxist.

Where we are protected as Americans is that any federal law that violates the Constitution is immediately considered null and void. Nanny Pelosi's individual mandate garbage, nay, swill, is as unconstitutional as Rosie O'Donnell is fat and ugly. We are all over this and opposed to it, as we SHOULD BE (STAY ENGAGED) and once the liberal scumbags in a Democrat majority Kongress pass this mandate, you can rest assured the Ditherer-in-Chief WILL sign it into law. Naturally a court challenge will happen, led by patriotic and Constitution-loving Americans, but we should automatically refuse to acknowledge it or abide by it. This unconstitutional act by the Kongress should result in many of them being Impeached and jailed. Surely Nanny Pelosi and Dingy Reid, the architects of this shate, should be arrested and charged for their crimes against WE THE PEOPLE. The Gunny knows that the SCOTUS will strike it down, even with the super-dooper smart, wise ol' latina Sotomayor on the bench, an Obama lackey if their ever was one, but Pelosi, Reid, and Obama will get a judicial smackdown. Remember, this has come to a head ONLY BECAUSE WE THE PEOPLE GOT INVOLVED! Once we deal with this shate, we can go after the Social SUCKurity scam that serves only to line the pockets of politicians and then go after LBJ's failed War on Poverty entitlement programs. We have A LOT of work ahead of us folks, righting the wrongs of Congress and liberal presidents, foisted on us over the last 75 years.

To Red Nanny Pelosi, the Gunny calls you out as a tyrant! A petty tinpot dictator reeling from a bloated ego (caused by too much Botox) and besotted with powers that you THINK you rate but never been GRANTED to you by the Constitution, any laws, or by the CONSENT of the American People. The Gunny charges that YOU and REID should be IMMEDIATELY REMOVED FROM OFFICE, and impeachment proceeding immediately started. You and Reid, and many others in the Congress, the Senate, and indeed, the White House have VIOLATED your oath of office. You are therefore culpable in your failure to support and defend the Constitution. You are culpable and chargeable in your failure to remain within the legal bounds of the Constitution. You operate outside of the limits of decency and honesty, with your illegal actions and constant stream of lies to the American people! You do not have the right to do as you please! You do not have the right or the power to do what you think is right. You only have the powers that the Constitution permits you and those are LIMITED! Limited government was as serious to the Founding Fathers as it is to us, the awakened and angry Silent Majority. The Gunny further charges that Nanny Pelosi is guilty of treason for her attacks against the CIA, whom she accused of lying to her about waterboarding! The criminal's own words on this are: "The CIA briefed me only once on enhanced interrogation techniques in September 2002." The CIA has more records of her being briefed. LIAR! The Gunny further adds another charge of treason by her failure to bring Henry Waxman up on charges of treason for his aiding and abetting of Code Pink to provide aid and comfort to terrorists in Fallujah while they were engaged against the US Marine Corps. The Speaker of the House is guilty of crimes against the citizens of the United States of America and she should be impeached. In fact, many in the Congress should be investigated and if they are chargeable, they should be impeached, jailed, and then exiled from the United States of America forever. All rights, all pay, and all allowances that they have soaked up from the public trough should be taken from their estates and returned the Treasury. The Gunny further charges that the following taxes, implemented under Pelosi's Health Care Takeover are UNCONSTITUTIONAL and will not be followed:

Employer Mandate Excise Tax
Individual Mandate Surtax
Medicine Cabinet Tax
Cap on FSAs
Increased Additional Tax on Non-Qualified HSA Distributions
Denial of Tax Deduction for Employer Health Plans Coordinating with Medicare Part D
Surtax on Individuals and Small Businesses
Excise Tax on Medical Devices
Limitation on Tax Treaty Benefits for Certain Payments
Codification of the "Economic Substance Doctrine" (Empowers the IRS to disallow a perfectly legal tax deduction or other tax relief merely because the IRS deems that the motive of the taxpayer was not primarily business-related.)
Application of "More Likely Than Not" Rule (Publicly-traded partnerships and corporations with annual gross receipts in excess of $100 million have raised standards on penalties.)

Those in Congress who have voted for unfunded mandates are chargeable for violating the Tenth Amendment. They have used their power illegally to force the states to spend endless sums of taxpayer dollars without being accountable for raising the money. The Congress has violated the 21 ENUMERATED DUTIES of the federal government, written by James Madison, in Article 1, Section 8. Madison clearly wrote that the federal government would never be Constitutionally-permitted to exceed those 21 duties and furthermore, that the "general welfare clause" allows Congress to fund ONLY those 21 duties. Since FDR, the Congress has taxed and spent this nation into the condition that it is in today. They have done this in order to guarantee own dependence them, as they pillaged our wallets, on pain of fines and imprisonment! We the People now fully realize that the federal government generates no wealth and has been illegally stealing from the US taxpayers to fund far too many schemes that do not and have never fallen within the bounds of the Constitutional restrictions of Article 1, Section 8.  They steal from us without authority.

Pelosi's Health Care Takeover is yet another mandate on the public, that taxes us for a FULL TWO YEARS before the program is implemented, and this is outrageous. This is nothing short of the Stamp Act of 1765 and it is more inline with the communist collectivist mentality than of the American spirit.

To the people in American who would sell out their freedom for a free ride, a pass or two at the public trough, the Gunny calls you out as greedy parasites. As freeloaders who claim to have a right to free health care, free welfare, to the fruits of other people's labor, you are un-American and a blight on this land. The Peggy the Moochers and Henrietta Hughes are as the pigs in Congress devouring the public's largesse. You are human locusts and thus, beneath our contempt. May you be run out of this nation on a rail and end up living as French citizens. You deserve no less.

DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE FROM THE OBOMINATION

What our Founding Fathers were angry over and used the Declaration of Independence to tell King George III about:

1. He has refused his assent to laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good. (Obama claims he did not even KNOW about the Tea Parties.)

2. He has forbidden his governors to pass laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them. (Obama on Afghanistan for one.)

3. He has refused to pass other laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of representation in the legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only. (Eric Holder and the DoJ refuse to prosecute Black Panthers for Voter initimdation because they're FOR Obama.)

4. He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures. (Nanny Pelosi and Dingy Reid locking the doors on the Republicans in Congress and Obama doing nothing about it.)

5. He has dissolved representative houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people. (Obama versus the GOP, locking them out, refusing to hear their plans, while using the bully pulpit to lie about them.)

6. He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the legislative powers, incapable of annihilation, have returned to the people at large for their exercise; the state remaining in the meantime exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within. (Obama refusing to secure the borders, fight the war on terrorism, and allowing Janet Napolitano to call terrorist acts, "man-caused disasters.")

7. He has endeavored to prevent the population of these states; for that purpose obstructing the laws for naturalization of foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migration hither, and raising the conditions of new appropriations of lands. (Refusing to secure the borders.)

8. He has obstructed the administration of justice, by refusing his assent to laws for establishing judiciary powers. (37 CommieCzars)

9. He has made judges dependent on his will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries. (Sotomayor)

10. He has erected a multitude of new offices, and sent hither swarms of officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance. (Porkulous, Auto bailout, cash for clunkers, Porkulous II.)

11. He has kept among us, in times of peace, standing armies without the consent of our legislature. (His call for a Civilian National Security Force.)

12. He has affected to render the military independent of and superior to civil power. (That's his intent with the UN.)

13. He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his assent to their acts of pretended legislation. (Surrendering US sovereignty to the UN - which he wants to do at Copenhagen.)

14. For quartering large bodies of armed troops among us. 

15. For protecting them, by mock trial, from punishment for any murders which they should commit on the inhabitants of these states.

16. For cutting off our trade with all parts of the world. (By crippling the economy, wrecking the infrastructure, etc)

17. For imposing taxes on us without our consent: (By a corrupt Congress)

18. For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of trial by jury. (Using the Chicago Way on CEOs, businesses, Humana and other health insurance companies, personal attacks using the office of the presidency)

19. For transporting us beyond seas to be tried for pretended offenses: (Obama Admin saying that Bush Administration should be tried by ICC, allowing CIA agents to be tried in Absentia by a socialist judge in Italy)

20. For abolishing the free system of English laws in a neighboring province, establishing therein an arbitrary government, and enlarging its boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule in these colonies. (Allowing Soros to run the government and by entering into a "shadow" government with Soros and other socialists)

21. For taking away our charters, abolishing our most valuable laws, and altering fundamentally the forms of our governments. (The very actions of Obama's CommieCzars every single day and Obama absolute disregard of the Constitution.)

22. For suspending our own legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever. (The Nanny Pelosi/Dingy Reid Show is a prime example.)

23. He has abdicated government here, by declaring us out of his protection and waging war against us. (Obama attacking private citizens like Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh, using the weight of the Office of the Presidency)

24. He has plundered our seas, ravaged our coasts, burned our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people. (Liberals and their rule of Blue States and inner-cities, Detroit for example, taxing us and spending our money which HAS left cities like Detriot, Filthadelphia, Trenton, Camden, etc, in ruins.)

25. He is at this time transporting large armies of foreign mercenaries to complete the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of cruelty and perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the head of a civilized nation. (When we toss him out, will he call for UN intervention?)

26. He has constrained our fellow citizens taken captive on the high seas to bear arms against their country, to become the executioners of their friends and brethren, or to fall themselves by their hands.

27. He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavored to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian savages, whose known rule of warfare, is undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions. (ACORN, Saul Alinsky, SEIU, Liberals inciting class and race warfare, etc.)

Upon serious reflection, after comments from Eric, Jim, The Crawfish, and many others, the Gunny has realized that WE THE PEOPLE were blessed with being born an American; into a land that is free, independent, and prosperous, where anyone can make if THEY WORK HARD ENOUGH and have a little luck along the way. A nation where we are free to choose our own path, our own destiny, but also, bearing a responsibility for those choices and our actions. Today, however, we face a group of liberals in government, backed by the socialist elites in academia and the media, with their allies in La-La Land out on the Left Coast, who want to do everything in their power to try and stop Americans from realizing their dreams, their destiny, and their futures if those bump into the intellectually and morally defunct ideology that they have embraced. They somehow call out that they know better than we do what is good for us. Hubris, Arrogance, and Tyranny is their first, middle, and last name. Nanny Pelosi and Dingy Reid, backed by Obama, have been the very tyranny our Founders warned us about. Indeed, they STILL plow forward with an oppressive health care bill that has no Constitutional authority even as Americans rise up in righteous anger.

The Gunny had, as many who read this did, the luxury of teachers who might have been liberals, probably were, but who still believed in the exceptionalism of America and that we were the finest nation on God's green earth. In school, we learned about men like Patrick Henry, Samuel Adams, George Washington, and women like Betsy Ross, who backed the play for independence. We were encouraged to have heroes like R.E. Lee, John Paul Jones, Patton, Puller, Audie Murphy, and we wanted to grow up to be like John Wayne, Wally Schirra, Neal Armstrong, Rickenbacker, Lindberg, etc. However, the emptiness of liberalism has bred a generation of kids who have no idea of men like Manila John Basilone, Pappy Boyington, and who think Audie Murphy is a kind of a car, but they can tell you about Che, Mao, Chavez, from hearing their teachers drone on about them and who think it was evil to "jail" innocent and oppressed men like Tookie and Mumia abu Jamal. Oh yeah, and they sing about the greatness of Obama. John Adams stated: "Teach your sons war and politics so that their sons may learn art, mathematics, and philosophy." Liberals turned this around to be: "teach their kids nothing about America's greatness, instead, teach them how evil it is." Evidently Obama learned this lesson well at the feet of Frank Marshall Davis.

In our great past, we displayed the American flag with pride but now, idiots in government, morons in HOA's, and liberal idiots with nothing better to do protest it. They bring lawsuits to force us to lower the flag. The Gunny is saying it here and now, you try to lower my American flag; you'll get a hole in you big enough to drive a truck through and DAMN the consequences. Liberals now wipe their butts on it, walk on it, stand on it (William Ayers, buddy of Obama, did that in a photo) and generally cast hate and discontent on America, the Flag, and Uncle Sam. We LOVE to celebrate Labor Day while the left goes gaga for May Day and World Worker’s Day. We love to put out nativity scenes, but now the secular progressives, actually secular Regressives, either wreck them, vandalize them, or whine about them to some faceless bureaucrat not worth a cup of warm spit who forces them to be taken down. 

The Gunny still remembers reading the Declaration of Independence, the Bill of Rights, and the Constitution, with his teachers stating that these three documents were the finest ones ever created by human hands and something worth standing up for. We were taught that it gave the power to the citizens, who consented elected officials, with conditions, govern us while preserving, protecting, and defending the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. The Revolutionary War was in reality a war of succession and moreover, was fought to rid our lands of the stench of tyranny, the kind of tyranny that now rears its ugly head under Pelosi, Reid, and Obama. The Gunny was schooled by WW2 and Korean War vets in his family that it is sacred duty as Americans to serve the nation and be ready to fight that it stays free. To defend the American Dream. To defend the right to be free. Period. The Gunny was chatting yesterday to a US citizen who emigrated here from India, who stated that he and his family did not come here to be told HOW to live but to be live how THEY saw fit. An immigrant to our land sees more than those BORN HERE! His first generation born son is in the Marine Corps in service to his country where the spawn of liberals, born and bred here, who enjoy the fruits of freedom, REFUSE TO DO! When duty calls, WE ANTE UP! When duty calls, liberals run and then backstab those who serve. Yes, we remember your treason Waxman. These putrid leftovers from the 60's radicals, schooled by Alinsky, Mao, Marx, and Stalin are forcing us towards a Third-World, Banana Republic, that reeks of fetid socialism, and think the joke's on us. It showed when a reported asked Nanny Pelosi, the most disgusting American alive, about the Constitutionality of the forced-upon-us health care crapulence and she had the arrogance to puff and bleat: "are you serious? ARE YOU SERIOUS?" Right then she needed a gut punch. Yes you decrepit old hag, WE"RE SERIOUS! Your abandonment of our principles as Americans, your actions against our founding documents, and your assault on the Constitution is nothing less than TREASON!

In retrospect, America was great. It still IS! And it will be better when we rid ourselves of the rabid treasonous liberals who attack us from within. These are the very people who seek to take anything and everything that we would bequeath to our children. They seek nothing less than total control. They seek to centrally plan things like  production, jobs, housing, the promulgation of information, the allocation of wages, and who gets what in their health care crap. The Gunny blames the liberals for much of this but also let us hold RINOs like McShamnesty, Snowe, Collings, Gramnesty, and a host of other squishy RINOs accountable for THEY LET IT HAPPEN! They crossed the aisle, they helped Ted Kennedy and the other leftists to inflict their misery upon us, and THEY strayed from the Conservative principles that made America great. In essence, WE THE PEOPLE have reached our tipping point. No more moderates, no more independents folks, the time has come to choose sides. You either side with us FOR freedom and the American way of life, or you side with oppression and tyranny. No more half-steppers. Our exit strategy was laid out in the Federalist Papers, the Declaration of Independence, and the Constitution. It is scary but the truth is right there for one and all to see. We have a duty to future generations to fight for what WE were given, a free nation. Thus, we are duty bound to fight the tyranny that is threatening to fundamentally change our nation for the worst. It's way past the time to take our nation back.

No, we're NOT going to give Obama time to work his socialist policies into our lives. NO we're not going to abide by any scrap of Nanny Pelosi's or Dingy Reid's health care scam. No, we're not going to allow our nation to pass into history. Call US the party of NO! And when liberals are being tarred and feathered, hopefully here VERY SOON, let us CONTINUE to be the party of NO when they beg us to stop! The only thing liberal about us will be the LIBERAL application of tar and feathers we lay on these bums.
 
We won yesterday in Virginia and New Jersey. Stay Active. Stay Alert. Stay ENGAGED! 2010 is right around the corner.

CUT THEM NO SLACK!

When in the attack and meeting your objectives, with the enemy on the run, the thought can sometimes creep in to slow down, to regroup, rearm, and/or let your flanks catch up to you, and sometimes this is true. But today, in this fight, this urge must be fought. Last night was a devastating defeat for the Obomunists, let no one tell you different. Ol Virginny completely swept out all vestiges of the libs in a BLOW OUT! All three libstooges got booted and booted early. Christie won in New Jersey, a blue state that has been crushed under the boot of liberalism, dominated by corrupt liberals who think kickbacks and graft are a way of life! A state where those who could, left. In New York, after the RINO piece of dog squeeze threw her blubber behind the Dummycrat, Hoffman STILL garnered 46% of the vote with 6% going to Scozzafava who had dropped out! Hoffman, a dark horse, could have nabbed, in reality, 52% of the vote! And he was OUTSPENT by the Libturd who had the backing of the DNC and "The Won." Folks, that is a TREMENDOUS victory for us.

Let's examine the first statement.
 
1. Robert Gibbs told POLITICO President Barack Obama wasn't even keeping an eye on the results. "He's not watching returns."
 
Really Baghdad Bob? You said that Barry wasn't watching the Tea Parties either, as they erupted across the nation on 4 July 2009. You also said that Barry wasn't watching when over 1 million Americans marched on DC on 12 September 2009, to protest the excesses of their government. What IS Barry watching? BET? Replays of old Reverend Wright speeches? Or is he busy planning the next date night with the First Wookie on our dime? Bob, your lord and master just got SLAPPED in the face.

And even IF Barry smoked some cigs in OUR HOUSE and ignored the results, the Blue Dog Dems got an eyeful from the polls. McDonnell's win set a fire under the three districts hosting Blue Dogs and that means that ObamaKare lost 3 VA Blue Dogs. Sucks to be the Three Stooges, Red Nanny Pelosi, Dingy Reid, and Barry the Man-Child. Ol Virginny rejects tyranny once again. Sic Semper Tyranus. Even better is that fact that Corzine hitched his wagon to Barry, running signs with Obama/Corzine and LOST! HAHA! The Obomunists are going to try to spin this win by Owens as a GOP defeat but research shows that Barry won that district by five points in 2008. Enter Sarah Palin and Fred Thompson who back an inexperienced Hoffman and who ALMOST WON! 

We were VALIDATED that the ascendency of Conservatism uis a REALITY! We WON this fight when we needed to. Also, correct the Gunny if he's wrong here but Barry and his Lapdog Biden, quite possibly the dumbest man in America, had campaigned OVER AND OVER for the libs in all three races. That means, Americans heard them AND REJECTED their candidates! Indeed, as noted above, Barry was in NJ on SUNDAY! They were in Ol Virginny, which could be considered the backyard of the White House, or as it is known now, the Red House, considering the ideology of its current occupant.
 
And you KNOW that Barry is in deep kimchee when the NY Obama Times begins to report incidents of "buyer's remorse."

HOWEVER, let us slap on another on the back and take a moment to look around and consider how far we've come and how far we've got to go in taking not just the government back but the nation. Just 288 days ago, Barry swept into office with the likes of liberal pansy Georgie Stephanopolus crying like a little girl and a sky-high approval rating, and now, after his various debacles such as the Bash America Tour in Cairo, his bowing to King Faud, his Bash America Tour II in Europe, his incessant blaming of Bush, his distain for the Constitution, his 37 CommieCzars, and his refusal to back the troops in Afghanistan, he has fallen to under 50% reflecting his empty suit status. Looks like Soros bought himself a pig-in-a-poke. WE, on the other hand, have mobilized the base, held Tea Parties and impromptu Tea Parties that gather Americans of all races, creeds, and colors. WE have marched on DC once and will do so again on Thursday with the assistance of One outstanding Congresswoman, Ms. Michelle Bachmann. WE have forced the health care reform crapulence, that Barry wanted shoved down OUR throats back in JULY, BACK DOWN THEIR throats, as both Nanny Pelosi's and Dingy Reid's fetid little moonbat brains rev in neutral while their mouths run in overdrive!
 
But we're not done. This was just the first battle. As the Battle of Midway was the turning point in WW2 in the Pacific, this battle was the turning point in the war on socialism, radical leftism, and a Marxist ideologue in the Red House. We MUST stay engaged. We MUST stay alert. We cannot spare anytime to slack off because my friends, THAT is exactly what the virus of liberalism wants us to do. Go back to sleep. Be silent. Trust in "The Mystical Magical N*gr0 (LA Times). Be good little sheeple. Our response must continue to be: "HELL NO I WON'T ROLL OVER!" Let the left roll over. Let the Left concede to US. Let US drive our Conservative beliefs, values, and traditions down THEIR throats. Let US play "pin the Constitution on the Jacka$$!" The Red House is chock full of commies, marxists, and anti-American ideologues who think that THEY can force their Sh*tcago Way on US and that we'll just lay back and let it happen. When they bleat, "Yes we can," let US SCREAM in unison, "NO YOU WON'T!" Let us stand together and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and work until we can flush out the leftist vermin and their Rockefeller Blueblood RINO allies from our government. Liberals don't like it but their machine, run by Rahmbutt "Ballerina" Emanuel, Obama's so-called "tough guy", screened by the Lapdog media, and backed by the dumbest people alive, Nanny Pelosi and Dingy Reid, is collapsing. The stranglehold of liberalism in Europe is slipping away as the people and finally, their politicians realize that socialism only works until, as Margaret Thatcher stated, "it runs out of other people's money." Indeed, not only are the voters going to elect McDonnell as the new Governor in Virginia but Christie quite possibly may unseat one of the most corrupt liberals New Jersey has ever produced! In fact, as the Gunny correctly predicted when Obama was elected, they, the liberals, have seriously overreached, with the boil bursting with bogus health care bill. Americans are finally, FINALLY!, taking a hard look at:

1. That Social Security was established in 1935, in an unconstitutional move, and will be bankrupt in 2010. Who stood in the way of reform? Liberals.
2. That Freddie Mac was established in 1970, the liberals have milked it for decades, and it went bankrupt. The US taxpayer had to bail it out and it's still in the red. Don't worry y'all, Obama will spend our money on it again.
3. That Fannie Mae was established in 1938, liberals have milked it for almost seventy years, and it too went belly up. It too was bailed out by the Banking Queen Barney Frank, another member of the dumbest humans alive group, but don't worry, we'll bail it out, again. Oh, and yes, it's still in the red.
4. That LBJ started the War on Poverty started in 1964, the liberals have used it to redistribute about 1 trillion dollars of OPM (Other People's Money) to the lazy, the stupid, and the fraudulent, and it hasn’t worked. Wonder of wonders.
5. That Medicare and Medicaid were established in 1965 and they lose about 60-90 BILLION a year in fraud alone.
6. That liberals foisted Porkulous on us that STILL shows NO sign of working and that unemployment still went up and continues to go up.
7. That liberals foisted "Cash for Clunkers" on us in 2009, it went broke in 2009, and ended up costing the US taxpayer 24,000 dollars PER CAR! The "clunkers" turned it were destroyed by the libs instead of possibly donating them to the needy.
8. That liberals are way outside of the scope of the Constitution in forcing a health care bill on us. Nowhere in the Constitution does it grant them the power to fine us or imprison us if we refuse it. What did Nanny Pelosi say when asked about the Constitutionality of the health care bill? "Are you serious? ARE YOU SERIOUS?" Yes Red Nanny, we are.

Liberals have a 100% failure rate. Their record overseas is little better. Obama picked General McChrystal and then fails to back him. He needed 40,000 troops at the end of August 2009 and the Ditherer-in-Chief STILL has not dispatched any and indeed, won't for what he said, "weeks." This then, is the party that gave us income tax withholding, the above mentioned crapulence, high taxes, a sh*tty public school system that, BTW, endorses Saul Alinksy's book, "Rules for Radicals" on their website! They've screwed us silly since JFK's failed Crapalot Days, LBJ, the Hemorrhoid of America, Jimmy Carter, The Impeached One, and now the man-child, Reverend Wright's protégé, who could not lead a platoon of thirsty Marines to free beer.

The liberal lemmings are in a panic, make no mistake about it. They see the man-child, their liberator, their lord, god, and king, failing miserably. He is slogging through a recession with zero leadership skills while the idiots in his party in Congress sabotage our economy and how did Hillary Clinton say it, "we [liberals] tax everything that moves and doesn't move." Great economic policy for growth and innovation huh? They scorn the financial warriors, the CEO's, Wall Street, even as they grease the palms of their Goldman Sachs buddies, and work 24/7 to crash the economy. That way, Rahmbutt will have a crisis he won't be able to pass up. The Chicago Way is the only thing this regime and indeed, Democrats understand! It is politics by force. They conjure up a scam, the Ponzi Scam of Social Suckurity for example, and order the American people to fess up the money to pay for it even as they [liberals] rape, pillage, and plunder it. Oh, and they use the race card faster than BJ Bubba Clinton whipping down his zipper. The American people finally see it, and are taking note. Just compare liberal posts on blogs, website, and commentary sites. Where once they laughed and joked, rubbing Barry Soetoro in our faces, they now whistle past the graveyard, looking at 2010 and 2012, as Barry's numbers continue to drop. The Gunny estimates his numbers will level off at 35%. (12% of the black race plus 23% leftist fringe element who will forever see Barry as The Mystical Magical N*gr0 capable of anything...as long as someone else pays for it.)
Americans have watched Barry apologize for America's greatness, bow to a foreign leader, bleat about our national defense spending, and that the war on terrorism is now over. It's actually now a "man-caused disaster" spree. To liberals, using force on terrorists is counterproductive. Nuancing them into the sleep of boredom is better. Liberals will use force in a NY second on Americans in the area of taxes, Social Security, ObamaKare, Medicare, and a failing public education system. One should ask themselves, if Liberal's plans are so great, why are they ALWAYS mandatory?

Liberals are right to be scared. They put an idiot in charge of the Congress who has singularly FAILED miserably to stop the corruption and indeed, expanded it. Their majority leader in the Senate is an idiot with a approval rating in his home state about as low as this liberal Congress has. The Anointed One himself is just nine-months into his "Presidency" and his approval ratings are the 10th lowest of the last 12 Presidents and still headed south for the winter! Americans are realizing that we who cried out from the wilderness that Barry is a hardcore Marxist ideologue who won't compromise on his socialist design to remake America in the vision of Barry and that the Democrat Party is full of corruption, union scammers, trial lawyer pukes, is run by anti-American George Soros, and the DNC is all about pushing their hard-left agenda of: unionism, homosexualism, radical leftism, illegal aliens, high taxation, and the entire plethora of big government socialism.

Obama, like the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, has awakened a sleeping giant, the American public, and filled us with a terrible resolve. The Emperor has no clothes. We called it. America ignored it. Why else would Obama always insist that his agenda items must always be done in a hurry before disaster befalls us. Democrats steadfastly believe in the policies that are devastating the country, have divested it in the past, and will continue to do so in the future. Unemployment will continue going up, inflation will raise it's ugly head as Obama continues to spend money we don't have and the Republicans should remind Americans that Democrats are going to allow their personal income taxes to go up by not extending the Bush tax cuts, or as Nanny Pelosi put it, "That wasn’t a tax increase. It is-it is-eliminating a tax-decrease that was there." Gotta love that liberal logic. It's not a tax increase, we're just taking away a tax cut that will result in an increase in your taxes! Americans will see this for what it is, a forcibly seizure of more of our money for their redistribution scheme.

The independents and moderates got flim-flammed by the Lapdog Media and seduced by Barry who claimed a false ideal of political civility and moderation and left w/o giving them a kiss goodbye! Moderate Liberals love to talk about being socially and fiscally conservative, but upon being elected, vote for massive spending, higher taxes and voted "present" while their comrade attack the values and traditions of America. It's amazing that with their voting record, these moderates and independents, who can't seem to make up their minds where they stand, vote time and gain for a shafting.

The liberals passed Porkulous, against our will, which turned out to be a "blivet". That is ten pounds of crap stuffed into a five-pound bag. What the leftists did by spending a few trillion on crap that did nothing to stimulate the economy, was try to force their big government utopian pipe dream on us. The trillions for: expanded welfare, more health-care benefits, bailouts for Blue States like Kaulifornia and Taxachusettes, more student aid, the NEA's "p*ss christ artists, more government workers, buildings, and make-work programs, and the wonderful "cash for clunkers" scam, only served to p*ss off Joe and Jane Taxpayer. When we realized that Porkulous was designed to give Democrats an increase non-defense discretionary spending over 80% in a single YEAR, we marched on DC to show our anger. Obama, however, it was said, did not notice us.

The serial idiot who is the VPOTUS said to a barely filled room this weekend, "The fact of the matter is, Sarah Palin thinks the answer to energy is ‘drill, baby, drill.’ It’s a lot more complicated, Sarah!" This nitwit evidently forgot his own stance against our energy independence as Sarah Palin quickly pointed out: "The vice president’s extreme opposition to domestic energy development goes all the way back to 1973 when he opposed the Alaska pipeline bill. As Ann Coulter pointed out, “Biden cast one of only five votes against the pipeline that has produced more than 15 billion barrels of oil, supplied nearly 20 percent of this nation’s oil, created tens of thousands of jobs, added hundreds of billions of dollars to the U.S. economy and reduced money transfers to the nation’s enemies by about the same amount. This nonsensical opposition to American domestic energy development continues to this day. Apparently the Obama-Biden administration only approves of offshore drilling in Brazil, where it will provide security and jobs for Brazilians."

Yes liberals, under your chic rock-star like radical neo-Marxist leadership of Chairman Maobama, our domestic energy exploration has been halted. Leases to extract oil from Rocky Mountain shale and to explore for offshore oil have been revoked. Yet Obama was able to give two billion US tax dollars to help Brazilians exploit their offshore oil reserves, with a company partly owned by one George Soros!

Americans HATE being lied to and here are few whoppers from Barry who said:

1. "My administration will be the most transparent ever."
2. "There will be no lobbyists in my administration."
3. "I will allow the public to see the White House visitor log." (he finally did and the SIEU president and Soros were on it.)
4. "I will not raise taxes for those under 250,000."
5. "I will Negotiate health care reform in public sessions televised on C-SPAN."
6. "I will Go “line by line” over earmarks to make sure money being spent wisely."
7. "I will prosecute the war in Afghanistan and if Bin Laden is in Pakistan I’ll go get him there.'

So believe it folks, when you see liberals desperately spinning for their Dear Leader, that they are running scared. Their fear is palpable. This is their Wacht Am Rhein. Their desperate drive to enact all of their fantasies since the FDR and LBJ days and thus, fundamentally change OUR America into their socialist utopia. Unfortunately for them, there is a stubborn group of Americans, armed with our vote, our signs, our Tea Parties, our involvement, a few decent Conservative politicians, and God Forbid it but let us not quail from it if and when it is needed, the Second Amendment, who stand like the 101st in Bastogne, refusing to budge one inch in the face of personal attacks from the White House, the enemies list, Lapdog media attacks on our characters, from the defense of our Constitution and our nation. This one is for real folks for if we fail, we lose all of what our Founding Fathers gave us through their blood, sweat, toil, and loss of treasure, our Republic for a Thugocracy. Stay engaged. Stay Alert. Vote. Get others to vote. Promulgate our Conservative beliefs and values until we can retake our nation and allow the Worst Generation to follow Ted Kennedy into oblivion. AMERICA'S WAR AGAINST TYRANNY CONTINUES

We all have one thing in common, we're Americans. Very few of us are famous, rich, or a member of the "beautiful people." No, we're just Joe and Jane Q. Public, the men and women who support this country through our hard work, our inventions, our innovations, and of course, the tax dollars forcibly seized from us by a Federal Colossus that then spends them like a drunken Senator from Taxachusettes who, thankfully, cannot spend anymore of our money. WE are the ones who spend our time raising our families, not protesting against the USA for the likes of Soros and company. We take our responsibilities seriously, which is why the left en masse, especially the limo libs in Hollyweird, cannot understand us. We're the ones America can count on and we're always there, which is why the conduct of our government right now so aggravates us so. Africa has AIDS? Why, Bush sent them 8 BILLION to make Bono like us more. A tsunami in Indonesia? A few billion in aid to the very people who wear Osama bin Laden t-shirts as they unload supplies marked "Made in the USA." Earthquake in Iran? Money and rescue teams sent in at a cost to the US taxpayer. We succeed where our government fails and brother, this ain't the first time. America is our home, we LIVE HERE! This OUR country, not the UN's, not Obama's to give away, not the Congress' to legislate away, and frankly, we're damn sick and tired of footing the bill. WE BELIEVE in a set of principles that forged a group of immigrants and native born Americans into a nation and a nation that became the "shining city on the hill."

We the people enjoy something well worth fighting for, a free nation and a way of life unequaled anywhere in the world. In the US, we "grant" our politicians the privilege to govern but lately, they seem to want to take it by force. Does our Congress see themselves as being of "noble birth?" Does President Obama think that he was elected El Presidente for Life like his buddy Chavez? Evidently they both do as they seek to oppress us with heavier taxation, a bogus health care bill that serves to control our lives from the cradle to the grave, and personal attacks by the organs of the state, the Lapdog media? We now have leaders who pass their laws to be followed by us but not by them, i.e., Charles Rangel and taxes. El Presidente Obama anoints 37 CommieCzars who work behind-the-scenes to demolish what we cherish. They were chosen to lead by example, not drive us like cattle. The Chicago Way was brought to the White House to add to the corruption, the graft, intimidation, and oppression already there. America is not perfect but we're a damn sight better than any other nation and we excel when the government leaves us the hell alone.

The Gunny was actually taught in a public school, in civics no less, that the Constitution was the finest document ever hammered out by humans, that it was etched in stone, not a "flawed" document subject to change, and that it gave the power to us, John and Jane Q. Public, who then trusted it to our politicians who swore an oath to protect it and defend it against all enemies, foreign and domestic! An oath they have miserably failed to uphold. And an oath once sworn cannot be unsworn. Thus they lied to us from the very start. The American Revolution was taught in those same public schools that we fought to free ourselves from foreign and domestic tyranny and that it was our sacred duty as Americans and as holders of that freedom for future generations of Americans to ensure that America stays that way it was passed onto us. Step up folks, it's game time. The spawn of the 60's, the radical leftists who came from the Greatest Generation and became the Worst Generation, are pushing, shoving, and kicking us towards a leftist banana republic with every breath they take. They know more about the Communist Manifesto, Che, Mao, and Marxism than the Constitution. The Gunny deems this to be nothing short of treason. Greek law, Roman law, the Hammurabi Code, the English Bill of Rights, and the Magna Carta all set the stage for the Constitution to be drafted by our freedom loving Founding Fathers.

Treason by these radicals who would shove us into a brave new world rife with death panels, medical rationing (except for them of course), and the oppression of high taxes must be stopped. Nay, it must be crushed. Exterminated. Wiped out. They willingly embrace the Old World socialistic style of thinking and acting that our forebears left, that our ancestors fled, and seek to destroy what is still the greatest nation on Earth. We are ruled over by a group of people who think they know what is best for us better than we ourselves do. They seek to level the playing through legislation that they exclude themselves from! How did America and Americans succeed from those early days of 1775, through a Civil War, through two global conflicts, and numerous natural disasters without the aid of these radical 60's liberals? From their leader Soros on down, these beautiful people and glitterati must be consulted before we can make any decisions! Dear Barry, can I turn up my thermostat or did you bankrupt the coal industry like you said you would? Oh, and if we disagree with them, somehow, we're either too stupid to understand their heavily nuanced stance or we're simply bitter clingers. Since they're so successful, rich, pampered, botoxed, and used to living off of us, they MUST be right. Liberals are the nosey parker of the neighborhood only on a national scale. Like some dangerous hive insect, when they group together, they grab at power like a greedy toddler grabbing at toys, and scream when they don't get their way. In this free society, we the people hold the reins of power over the government, not the other way around yet, the Congress seeks to force health care reform on us, in a bill so tainted with oppression, tyranny of government, and slavery that it must be fought until it's dead beyond all shadow of a doubt.

Americans have faced tyrants before and triumphed, from King George III to Hitler to Stalin and company (that STILL gives the libs a case of the red a s s), to Saddam (another fight that gave the left fits), and we'll win again on this issue. Why? Because Americans don't give up. We froze at Valley Forge and still we fought. We shivered at the Chosin Reservoir and wiped out eight Chinese Division. We baked in the Belleau Wood wheat fields and seized the woods at day's end at bayonet point. From the malarial jungles of Guadalcanal we ended the Japanese advance. Marines waded ashore at Tarawa and the Army at Normandy, in the face of a wall of steel, and took the objective by force and with guts. We fought the odds at Wake Island, Bataan, and the Pusan Perimeter, and we just keep fighting. The pioneer spirit, the "grit-in-your-gut" spirit, is alive and well in America and the Leftists don't like it. Well guess what Barack, Nancy, Harry, and the lot of you petty tyrants, suck on it. The Gunny would prefer to lose everything and considers fighting this regime a badge of honor. We only lose when we give up. We refuse to follow your unconstitutional laws. The hell with your health care crapulence. Be damned the lot of you.

We have not yet begun to fight you. When you think that you can tell us what to do, what to think, how to act, what to eat, make our kids sing to Barack, and plot to surrender our sovereignty to the UN, to the bureaucrats in the EU, and subjugate us to the ICC, we'll never submit to it. You violate the Constitution. You p*ss down our backs and tell us its raining and think we're fooled by it. We're not but we ARE angered by it. You tell us that you're doing one thing while doing another and it inflames us. We're not fooled. We've seen through your lies while watching your lips move. Evidently it appears so. The will of the people is being thwarted in the HOUSE OF THE PEOPLE, or should the Gunny says, the HOUSES of the people because neither Congress nor Barry Soetoro, the Ditherer-in-Chief, are listening to us. There can only be one reason and one reason alone for their behavior and that is, control of the masses. Socialists and Commies, of which the Democrats are led by one, George Soros, and who make up their voter bloc, are central-planning nabobs and FINALLY, another one of the dumbest humans on the face of the earth admits it:

 
You see, it's ALL a BIG JOKE for Clyburn and his fellow libs. The joke's on US, the US Taxpayer and here are some of the jokes we get to hardy-har-har about.

1. Employer Mandate Excise Tax (Page 275): If an employer does not pay 72.5 percent of a single employee’s health premium (65 percent of a family employee), the employer must pay an excise tax equal to 8 percent of average wages.  Small employers (measured by payroll size) have smaller payroll tax rates of 0 percent (<$500,000), 2 percent ($500,000-$585,000), 4 percent ($585,000-$670,000), and 6 percent ($670,000-$750,000).

2. Individual Mandate Surtax (Page 296): If an individual fails to obtain qualifying coverage, he must pay an income surtax equal to the lesser of 2.5 percent of modified adjusted gross income (MAGI) or the average premium.  MAGI adds back in the foreign earned income exclusion and municipal bond interest.

3. Medicine Cabinet Tax (Page 324): Non-prescription medications would no longer be able to be purchased from health savings accounts (HSAs), flexible spending accounts (FSAs), or health reimbursement arrangements (HRAs).  Insulin excepted.

4. Cap on FSAs (Page 325): FSAs would face an annual cap of $2500 (currently uncapped). 

5. Increased Additional Tax on Non-Qualified HSA Distributions (Page 326): Non-qualified distributions from HSAs would face an additional tax of 20 percent (current law is 10 percent).  This disadvantages HSAs relative to other tax-free accounts (e.g. IRAs, 401(k)s, 529 plans, etc.)

6. Denial of Tax Deduction for Employer Health Plans Coordinating with Medicare Part D (Page 327): This would further erode private sector participation in delivery of Medicare services.

7. Surtax on Individuals and Small Businesses (Page 336): Imposes an income surtax of 5.4 percent on MAGI over $500,000 ($1 million married filing jointly).  MAGI adds back in the itemized deduction for margin loan interest.  This would raise the top marginal tax rate in 2011 from 39.6 percent under current law to 45 percent—a new effective top rate.

8. Excise Tax on Medical Devices (Page 339): Imposes a new excise tax on medical device manufacturers equal to 2.5 percent of the wholesale price.  It excludes retail sales and unspecified medical devices sold to the general public.

9. Corporate 1099-MISC Information Reporting (Page 344): Requires that 1099-MISC forms be issued to corporations as well as persons for trade or business payments.  Current law limits to just persons for small business compliance complexity reasons.  Also expands reporting to exchanges of property.

10. Delay in Worldwide Allocation of Interest (Page 345): Delays for nine years the worldwide allocation of interest, a corporate tax relief provision from the American Jobs Creation Act.

11. Limitation on Tax Treaty Benefits for Certain Payments (Page 346): Increases taxes on U.S. employers with overseas operations looking to avoid double taxation of earnings.

12. Codification of the “Economic Substance Doctrine” (Page 349): Empowers the IRS to disallow a perfectly legal tax deduction or other tax relief merely because the IRS deems that the motive of the taxpayer was not primarily business-related.

13. Application of “More Likely Than Not” Rule (Page 357): Publicly-traded partnerships and corporations with annual gross receipts in excess of $100 million have raised standards on penalties.  If there is a tax underpayment by these taxpayers, they must be able to prove that the estimated tax paid would have more likely than not been sufficient to cover final tax liability.

Pretty disgusting right? Did ANYONE out there manage to catch THIS in the Title of the bill: "To provide affordable, quality health care for all Americans and reduce the growth in health care spending, and for other purposes."

Looks like the Libs snuck in ANOTHER stab in the back. Let's look at those responsible for this mess shall we?
 
1. Red Nanny Pelosi - The Dumbest Woman in the world. FORMER member of Progressive (Commie) Caucus
2. John Dingell - Stooge from Michigan. Another DEEP thinker from the left who admitted: "nobody in this country realizes that cap and trade is a tax, and it's a great big one." No John, we KNEW it but thanks for confirming it.

At the risk of scaring one of my trolls, Ivan, who likes to call the FBI about the Gunny, here is today's offering on Obama (and the Left's) soft tyranny, despotism, and where it leads.

What Tacticus was warning us about was that choosing an intellectual elite as our master or savior, as the Obomunists look at The Anointed One, is inherently dangerous. In the past, there were two types of liberal thought: the rationalist and the traditionalist. The Rationalist liberal believed that the free society is right, and that an intelligent society can always see that morality, honesty, etc, is the right way to act, regardless of what they might see around them. Unfortunately for America, the Democrat Party has been hijacked by socialists who see things differently. They do not defend the free society because central planning to them is their god. As one of Obama's Commieczars recently said when quoting Mao: "We know [meaning the Obama Administration] that all power flows from the end of a gun." Now if that is not a wake-up call for Americans, the Gunny doesn't know what this regime has to do to wake y'all up. We on the right cherish the Republic as it is, rife with individual freedom and capitalism, while liberals would have a government that centrally plans everything, for everyone, from the cradle to the grave. While there are problems with capitalism and individual freedom, such as greed and criminal excesses, a central planned movement, which this administration embraces,  is a serious mistake as it will kill individual freedom, stifle creativity, wreck our economy, but worse than all of that, it will eventually turn into a despotism.

There was a time in America when Liberals actually shared a commitment to individual freedom, to semi-limited government, tolerance, and the rule of law. They even went so far as believing that the legitimacy of government came from the consent of its citizens to be governed by them, not ruled by them. Indeed, liberals used to embrace a market economy based upon free trade, individual effort, and private property. That is, until the 60's radicals like Ayers, Obama, Dorhn, Pelosi, Feinstein, Boxer, Van Jones, Anita Dunn, etc hijacked the DNC, with the help and money of Soros, and turned it into something short of the Politburo, with them in charge of course. Today, liberals are scornful of virtue, morals, religion, and tradition, while prizing inequality (us versus them, black versus white, middle class versus the elites), a centralization of power, religious intolerance, financial corruption, no freedom of speech, and fiscal mismanagement (60-90B in waste, fraud, and abuse in Medicare for example), which they remedy by passing higher and higher taxes.
 
For example, the dumbest woman in America today, Nancy Pelosi, just finished her 1,990 pages long health care reform sham, the cost of which is ESTIMATED at 1.05 TRILLION, and the death panel survived the cut. She also passed a "millionaire's tax" to help pay for her bloated scam, that American's don't want, which is the very sign of liberal tyranny. Here's how this works. She passes this tax, the "millionaires", of which she and her cohorts are a part of, have lawyers and tax accounts that find loopholes, create shell corporations, and implement trust funds, like Ted Kennedy did, to avoid the taxes, or, like many of Obama's Administration, just don't pay them! So who ends up paying them? The Middle Class, like always. You don't pay? You go to jail. Tim Ghietner doesn't pay, well, it was a mistake. Charles Rangle doesn't pay? "What! Are you a racist attacking him? Indeed, liberalism, especially as practiced by this regime, will lead to a despotism of government and a rule by fear. Montesquieu once wrote: "The nature of despotic government is that one alone governs according to his wills and caprices". The people ruled by the despot obey him because he could destroy them and for no other reason than they stood up to be counted against him/her. Liberals today use fear and the race card, to beat down courage, to stifle dissent, to make Americans feel timid, scared, and ignorant (redneck hicks in flyover country). Montesquieu observed: "the usage is that one does not approach a superior, or even a king, without giving him a present". In return all were paid for their services. Isn't that the Chicago way? Pay to play? Bundle 50K and you're bowling at the White House. Bundle 500K and you've just bought yourself an Ambassadorship somewhere.

Montesquieu must have dreamt one night about the Obama Administration when he wrote: "When the savages of Louisiana want fruit, they cut down the tree and gather the fruit."

When liberals want to take something over, first they destroy it. Barney Frank and Chris Dodd destroy the banking industry and then Obama takes it over. Then the UAW achieves their goal of killing the goose that lays the golden egg and Obama takes over the Big Three who are, as he stated, "too big to fail." Too big for whom? His union buddies in the UAW? We protested the bail out to no avail and guess who has their snout back in the trough? GM. We on the right see that liberty can only thrive when one has the right to do what wants to do (within reason) and in no way restricted by the government. In other words, Liberty is the right to do everything under the sun that reasonable laws permit. We on the right believe in the spirit of commerce that convey upon Americans the beliefs and values of: hard work, economy of resources, frugality, moderation, order, a love of traditions, and the rule of laws. The Left discards those for things like: reward of sloth (welfare), taxing and spending, economy of resources (for us not them), chaos, frivolity, the reduction of mankind to numbers (John Holdren), and the rule of law for us, not them. Today it's soft despotism, tomorrow; it'll be Emperor Barack and his league of courtiers.

Despotism embraces violence, treachery, lies, a contempt for mankind, a disregard of reason, injustice, and a disregard of principles. Witness the attacks on Sarah Palin, Joe the Plumber, and Hannah Giles for example. They oppose the tyranny of the left and they came under attack. It did not matter that everything said about them was a lie, the corrupt courtiers in the Fourth estate eagerly parroted those lies as they see themselves as the guardians of the tyrant [Obama], and thus, engage in open warfare against anyone speaking out, and abase, insult, criticize, and destroy their lives so that they cannot speak the truth or arouse other Americans to action. We embrace a Republic as was delivered to us by our Founding Fathers, while the left embraces a mob like rule which will give us the tyranny of the majority. The left has given us a large majority consisting of millions of Peggy Johnsons (Peggy the Moocher) who are steeped in materialism and self-interest. De Tocqueville wrote: "It is of the very essence of democratic governments that the empire of the majority is absolute."

Take, for example, the cultural elitism of the left, Obama and Al Gore in particular. Obama has clearly moved us from the place where policy options are explored on fundamental moral issues (harvesting stem cells from aborted babies) to the guidance of scientific experts, as unelected as the SCOTUS, marginalize the opposition's positions as unreasonable, obsolete, or the worst insult of the Left, a "fundamentalist point of view." The cultural liberalism of this regime is the most tyrannical and despotic feature that poses a serious threat to our freedoms and God-given rights. The tyrannical nationalization of health care, with its forced inclusion of US, the exclusion of THEM (rich liberals in Congress) and the inevitable rationing of medical care, as seen in Britain, Canada and France. As far as freedom of speech goes, here is a quite by Obama's FCC "diversity" czar Mark Lloyd: "It should be clear by now that my focus here is not freedom of speech or the press. This freedom is all too often an exaggeration. At the very least, blind references to freedom of speech or the press serve as a distraction from the critical examination of other communications policies. The purpose of free speech is warped to protect global corporations and block rules that would promote democratic governance." Soft tyranny and despotism now leads to a Stalinesque style of government later, with clowns like Mark Lloyd running the show.
 
What then is left to us to fight this menace to our Republic and the Constitution?

1. Nonviolent revolution
2. Nonviolent resistance
3. Tax resistance
4. Civil Disobedience
5. Rebellion

Nonviolent revolution and resistance can be assembling to protest their excesses, getting educated and remaining educated on what it means to be an American, and voting in each and every election, to ensure that our values and beliefs are represented in our government. The Tea Party March on DC is an excellent example of our nonviolent revolution and take it from the Gunny, we're IN A REVOLUTION RIGHT NOW! We can resist the tyranny by continued protests, continued petitions to our Representatives and Senators, voting, and staying engaged at all levels. This, of course, would be the preferred path to retaking our government but one that seems to hold less and less of a chance with each passing day. We say HELL NO and the government continues to do what THEY think is best for us. The servant seeks to become the master.

Tax resistance should also be another weapon in our arsenal against tyranny but here is where it gets sticky. To say "NO" requires ALL of us to do so. As our tax rates soon climb to 60%+ to pay for the programs for the Peggy the Moochers that Nanny Pelosi and Dingy Reid are passing willy-nilly, we're going to have to refuse to pay. That means the Infernal Revenue Service folks. Can they jail 10,000 of us? Maybe. Can they jail 100,000 of us? Doubtful. Each one of us that says NO brings more light on the tyranny of the left who uses illegal taxation methods to subjugate us. Take Nanny Pelosi's proposed VAT (Value Added Tax). It slaps a tax on EVERYTHING! Now, if they got rid of the income tax and implemented this, that would not be bad but liberals have never met a tax they did not fall in love with. How do we resist this? By growing our own food (a Victory Garden), buying things at yard sales, garage sales, and flea markets. By avoiding spending our money on anything that feeds the colossus. Let it collapse and we'll be better off.

Civil Disobedience is us saying NO! In fact those of you who marched on DC on September 12, 2009, and God Bless the lot of you, fall into this group. We ask ourselves, why do we have a Congress, whose mission is to be a watch dog over the Executive Branch, but all they do is impose THEIR brand of tyranny on us while rubberstamping Brand Obama's tyranny? Things will get dicey when Obama creates his Civilian National Security Force that will seek to bend us to the will of Barry. Read about Ghandi and what he went through to free India from British rule. "First they ignored us. Then they laughed at us. Then they fought us. Then we won." Ghandi. We must refuse as a group, to follow their unconstitutional edicts. Nanny Pelosi and Dingy Reid HAVE NO Constitutional basis to force health care reform on us. None. If we refuse to follow their bogus rules, what can they do?

Rebellion. The "R" word. This should be the last resort for us and with each passing day, appears the most likely action that will happen. When our Reps and Sens refuse to heed the will of the people, and they impose tyranny on us, what is left? Slavery or Rebellion. May we rise up and make our Founding Fathers proud. They set the example for us and can we quail in the face of Beltway tyranny? Our Founding Fathers took on the most powerful empire in the world and WON! And you know what? So are we! And we too will win. Why? Because we're right. We have the Constitution on our side. When petty tyrants like: Mark Lloyd try to silence us, John Holdren seeks to sterilize us, Anita Dunn seeks to "mao-ize" us, Todd Stern seeks to impose a discredited gloBULL warming pseudo-science (and Crap and Tax) on us, Socialist Carol Browner seeks to impose her "Sustainable World Society" on us, and Cass Sunstein seeks to implement that animals can "sue", with private citizens acting as their representatives (anyone out there speak "cat?") and to ban hunting, it'll be time to invoke the Second Amendment, which, as former Congressman Bob Dornan stated in 1994, "is not for killing little ducks and leaving Huey and Dewey and Louie without an aunt and uncle. It's for hunting politicians, like in Grozny, and in the colonies in 1776, or when they take your independence away."

THE ENEMY IS INSIDE THE PERIMETER!

Who is the enemy? Liberals and the UN. Where are they? Inside our perimeter.

Lord Stern, self-appointed foodnazi and UN turdnik bleated: "People will need to turn vegetarian if the world is to conquer climate change. Meat is a wasteful use of water and creates a lot of greenhouse gases. It puts enormous pressure on the world’s resources. A vegetarian diet is better. What is funny is that not only have gloBULL warming gone to gloBULL cooling but its now "climate change." In fact, we have serious climate change ALREADY! Spring is warm, summer is warmer, followed by a cooler fall, and a cold winter. Lord Stern is an idiot and a waste of skin. He, and us for that matter, would be better off if he was fertilizer in a field somewhere in Old Blighty.

Folks, its time to stop dancing around the issues here. We're going to have to get violent to right the wrongs here. It's just the way it is and the SOONER we face it, the better. THEY WILL NOT STOP. THEY WILL NOT LISTEN TO REASON.

For example, Dingy Reid is trying to foist a health care scam on us, that states can "opt-out" of. WE DON'T WANT IT. THEY DON'T CARE! The trouble is, is that the Feds, and mark the words of the Gunny here, will throw money at the Peggy the Moocher's in the state, who will pressure the governor to deal in. Guess what? You're screwed. And since the Federal government can operate IN THE RED, whereas private businesses cannot, competition is over, the Feds own you and yours, and the liberals seize 1/6th of the economy, along with the auto industry, the banks, the housing market, all of the things that THEY HAVE SCREWED UP! One thing that no one is wondering about is WHY WE have to pay into this for TWO YEARS before the program even begins? That in an of itself seems criminal and a violation of the Constitution by this Congress, aided and abetted by this regime, once again.

Remember when Barry Soetoro stated that he wanted to hit the coal industry so hard that energy costs would soar, forcing US to cut back? Well, Lord Stern, said that a successful treaty at the Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen, this December, would ensure that the cost for of meats and other foods that generate large quantities of greenhouse gases would soar. Only the elites would be able to afford it. Kinda like Barry Soetoro and his $100.00 a pound Kobe beef steak night in the White House. I'll eat beef, chicken, pork WHEN I WANT TO! The Gunny figures if they take that away, let us then dine on Globalus Liberalum Long Pig. In fact, the Gunny heard that it tastes JUST LIKE CHICKEN.
 
The enemy is inside the wire folks and this is their mindset: "20,000 delegates are due to attend the UN conference in Copenhagen and their goal is to forge a deal to reduce greenhouse gas emissions sufficiently to prevent an increase in global temperatures of more than 2 degrees centigrade. Any increase above this level is expected to trigger runaway climate change, threatening the lives of hundreds of millions of people." Now they admit that temps are cooling but they still are pushing this hoax. Why you ask? CONTROL. BTW, Lord Stern is not a vegetarian. Go figure.

Next, some Marxist puke by the name of Raquel Rolnik, with the title of UN Special Rapporteur, wants to investigate the US for unfair housing! A Special Rapporteur has a mandate from the UN Human Rights Council (yes, the same council full of commies, tyrants, and anti-American hacks) to probe human rights violations by the United States in the areas of public housing in urban areas. Let's remember that the UN DOES NOT BELIEVE IN:
 
1. Freedom of Speech.
2. The Right to Keep and Bear Arms.
3. The Right to Private Property.
4. Self-Determination.
 
Now here's the crux of the issue: Obama believes what THEY DO! He is the very one who stated that the SCOTUS did not go far enough to fix the "flawed" Constitution in the areas of "redistribution of wealth" and HE is meeting with these idiots in December. Now liberals are smarter than we give them credit for. They've done so much crap in the last nine months, that we cannot keep up with their foulness and things like the UN's Agenda 21 slip by us. Almost. 

Agenda 21 (Link Below): The United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs, Division for Sustainable Development created Agenda 21 as a sustainability agenda which is socialism, extreme environmentalism, anti-American, and anti-capitalist.
 
1. Section III of the Agenda 21 Plan addresses local community sustainable development.
2. The Preamble and Chapter 28 discuss how Agenda 21 should be implemented at a local level.
3. The United Nations purposely recommends avoiding the term Agenda 21 and suggests smart growth instead. (UN Millennium Papers - Issue 2, page 5, states:

"Participating in a UN-advocated planning process would very likely bring out many of the conspiracy-fixated groups and individuals in our society such as the National Rifle Association, citizen militias and some members of Congress. This segment of our society who fear 'one-world government' and a UN invasion of the United States through which our individual freedom would be stripped away would actively work to defeat any elected official who joined 'the conspiracy' by undertaking LA21. So, we call our process something else, such as comprehensive planning, growth management, or smart growth."

Naturally, the People's Republik of Maryland led the way. Carroll County, Maryland, came up with a smart growth plan called Pathways, that will redistribute of land rights:

1. Rezoning of thousands of acres of beautiful, low-density agricultural farmland and protected residential conservation land into office parks.
2. Down-zoning of agriculture land to prevent future subdivision by farmers.
3. Up-zoning of low-density residential land around small towns into higher density zoning to permit construction of hundreds or possibly thousands of inclusive housing units, including apartments and condominiums.
4. Inclusive housing with placement of multi-family construction on in-fill lots within existing residential single family communities. 
5. Endorsement of government-sponsored housing initiatives (subsidies) to ensure healthier, balanced neighborhoods.

Check out the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI) and Local Governments for Sustainability for more information. It should be noted that the ICLEI mission statement closely resembles that of Agenda 21 and that they have a Special Consultative Status with the UN Economic and Social Council. Its all related to Agenda 21. Perhaps the most TELLING is this statement from Richard Rothschild, a candidate for Commissioner in Carroll County who sees it for what it is:

"Smart growth is not science; it is political dogma combined with an insidious dose of social engineering. Smart growth is a wedding wherein zoning code is married with government-sponsored housing initiatives to accomplish government's goal of social re-engineering. It urbanizes rural towns with high-density development, and gerrymanders population centers through the use of housing initiatives that enable people with weak patterns of personal financial responsibility to acquire homes in higher-income areas. This has the effect of shifting the voting patterns of rural municipalities from Right to Left." Slaves for life, the liberal and UN goal.  Once again, my friends, we see liberals and the UN working in conjunction with one another to usurp our constitutional rights. The Federal government, through the EPA for example, WILL deny funds to the states and the cities that refuse to adopt their smart growth plans. Remember the 55 mph law? If they did not comply, the Fed's withheld their road tax money that CAME from the states in the FIRST PLACE! 

Barack Obama plans to roll out for Senate approval a series of international treaties that will put us under the control of the ICC, the UN, and the will of the international community, IF the Senate ratifies them. Remember, this Senate is staffed with idiots like Boxer, Feinstein, Franken, etc., who are Marxist elites. The Boston Globe provided the smoke screen for Obummer with this paragraph of puke:

"President Obama's vision of global cooperation - symbolized by his surprise Nobel Peace Prize - is in for a crucial test in the months ahead when he begins sending a series of treaties to the U.S. Senate, where skepticism among Republicans and some Democrats will make approval exceedingly difficult, according to government officials and specialists. It also will seek approval of a set of regulations to manage use of the oceans and, by the end of the president's first term, a new treaty to combat global climate change." That would be the nuke treaty, LOST, and a Kyoto-type pile of dreck where WE get screwed, where WE foot the bill, while the rest of the world skates on by. The U.N. Convention on the Law of the Sea, will set guidelines on how a country uses THEIR resources for economic activities! Say goodbye to our ability to drill for oil, gas, and other resources.
Once the camel has its nose under the tent, count on Obama to seek to implement the UN's ban on small-arms. Whenever one of our enemies endorses this sh*t, we should go the other way IMMEDIATELY. Abdullah Baali, Ambassador to the United States from Algeria and a former U.N. official yammered: "it is absolutely essential that the U.S. ratify these treaties." Wrong answer Abdullah. We'll never give in no matter WHAT the Kenyan Usurper does. Obama has apologized for our greatness and our exceptionism. Obama sees American power as evil. Barry has apologized for American "transgressions" from Germany, to France, to Cairo, to Latin America, etc. 

Probably the best signal of his intention is that the Community Organizer-in-Chief wants to pass the global test, and since Hanoi John Fonda Kerry is now the head of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee AND the alternative Secretary of State, he'll rubber stamp whatever Barry tells him to. Remember, Lurch is the very guy who violated the Logan Act when he negotiated with the commies in Paris, as a private citizen, to try and end Vietnam. Lurch is also one of the architects of the Winter Soldiers garbage (http://www.wintersoldier.com/) was in on the planning of the assassinations of US Senators they did not like. Americans NEED to STAY ALERT! It's not JUST the health care crap, the crap and tax, the massive deficit, etc, we are also under CONTINUED attack from a foreign power already on our shores...THE UN.

If Barry and the Senate SURRENDER our soveriegnty not only to the UN but the maggots connected with them, the ICC, etc, then we WILL HAVE LITTLE RECOURSE except to fight back by whatever means possible.

Here is the current cast of players: Rahm Emanuel: A back stabbing weasel. Tim Geitner: A tax cheat, clueless, and in way over his head. Red Nanny Pelosi: A mean and nasty woman, with a seriously below average intellect. Dingy Reid: A man w/o a shred of moral fiber and who speaks with a forked tongue. Robert Gibbs: Little more than a puppet. 

And Barack Obama. 

Just yesterday, it was reported that Obama has played more golf in nine months than Bush did in almost THREE YEARS! Indeed, in nine months in office, our Dear Leader has attended 22 fundraisers! Bush had only participated in 6 in his first year. Obama is also the sports king, as the Lapdog media covers Obama's basketball games at the White House. Barry and the First Wookie split for Chicago for a wonderful weekend covered by the bootlicking press, all while the so-called "urgent" stimulus package awaited the Dear Leader's signature. Yes, we in "Tarantia" got to watch as the Dear Leader dined on $100.00 a pound Kobe beef, paid for by the US Taxpayer. Thye've jetted off to places like Paris while we've struggled to keep our jobs, rub two nickles together, and fight off the commieczars from the strap mentioned above. They've flown over New York City, scaring the peasants in a 9/11 reenactment! We've also been able to watch, like the street urchins in a Dickinsonian novel, the warm glow of a coal fire as we shivered outside, the beautiful couple flying off to Copenhagen in a failed "pay-to-play" bid. But we peasants have yet to hear about a successful stimulus to filled the treasury, not emptied it, a recovery in the job market as unemployment hits double-digits, or even a reinforcement of the troops in Afghanistan? No, no, and no. Has Obama advanced any American interests or simply blamed us, blamed Bush, and apologized to the world for our "sins"? Yes, yes, and yes. His children attend the finest private school in DC while he and his henchmen refuse to back school vouchers for the peasant's children!

He presides over a faltering economy that HE OWNS. He presides over increasing unemployment ON HIS WATCH. He presides over a  weakening dollar that HE FAILS TO ADDRESS. He has emptied the treasury and increased our debt FOR NO REASON. Has he done anything to help the above? No. But he can read off of a teleprompter at a $30,000 dolla a plate fundraiser, that we peasants are excluded from, as he and his "mercenaries" (Obomunists) chant: "Yes we can!" when they should be screaming, "No HE can't!" Instead, they politely discuss his declining handicap at golf or his wicked jump shot and Wilt Chamberlainesque hook shot. The first twelve days on the job had Obama bumping into windows, trying to go in through the out door, and whacking his crowned noggin on Marine One. But he was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for good intentions. While the nation languishes, Obama has planted his annoited butt on TV show hosts' chairs like a rock star touting his latest album except in this case, it's the newest policy to bankrupt America. He has used the Office of the Presidency to attack private citizens like Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, and various CEO's. His minions cry "racist" and point at people who fail to drink the kool-aid like the zombies in the "Invasion of the Body Snatchers" pointing at the last human. Obama knows that his numbers are in the toilet but HE DOES NOT CARE! His presidency was bought and paid for. He can play and frolic to HIS heart's content as he knows that as a satrap, his puppetmaster with level the playing field for him, ensuring an easy reelection irregardless that the "provinces" will never be united under his rule. After all, the peasant's are fighting Obama, the Congress, ACORN, and Obomunists. Our Dear Leader is not much of a leader, manager, supervisor, or American. He is still voting "present" while chewing on that Kobe beef. His vetting process promotes radical leftists that work to make America a shambles that they can then "rebuild". Obama ignores the blatant needs while discussing everything else under the sun. We got served "porkulous" while Barry got served Kobe beef and arugula. We're hearing crickets chirping on our representation in Congress, our troops are hearing nothing from their Commander-in-Chief, but Saturday, Barry will be on the links again.
 
Barry is the satrap in this mess, that much is certain. One has to wonder who is playing "Xaltotun" in this drama. The Gunny's guess? George Soros, anti-American and the very guy

KEEP YOUR POWDER DRY!

Remember when Comrade Barry stated: "We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we've set. We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well funded."

Now as we all know, the Gunny is just an old country boy but this smacked then, as it does now, of Barry setting up a private army of Obomunists, sworn to serve HIM and NOT the Constitution, who owe their daily bread, to Barry, bought and paid for by, you guessed it, the US Taxpayer.

Let's check out what happens when the Federal colossus runs amok in this little history lesson.

In the summer of 1992, Randy Weaver was a real dangerous desperado the ATF and the FBI concluded. Horror of horrors, he had extremist views AND he owned guns AND he wanted to be left alone. Randy and his family had not broken any laws so the Feds figured that they could entrap him. An undercover agent offered seven hundred dollars for two sawed-off shotguns. When Randy sold them to them, after saying no the first time they asked, they could have arrested him on the spot. Why didn't they? Aug. 21, 1992: The alphabet soup of Federal agencies sent a heavily armed "recon team" up to Ruby Ridge to do a little seek and peek.

Now first of all, they were on private property (Weaver's 20 acre ranch). Second of all they never bothered to identify themselves. Thus, when the family dog noticed the movement in the woods, it began to bark. Sammy Weaver (14 years old) and Kevin Harris grabbed their rifles because they thought the dog had come upon a wild animal (this is bear and cougar country) and the Feds popped the dog in the first illegal action. Sammy fires back, rightfully so, and hits Marshal William Degan, tragically killing him. They shoot back killing Sammy. The next day, the FBI Hostage Rescue Team, comprised of 50 shooters, surrounded the cabin with shoot-on-sight orders. Now how sick is that? They shot and wounded Randy Weaver and they shot and killed his wife Vicki AND their 11-month-old baby in her arms. The Weaver's could not even retrieve their dead lying in the open. Third, law enforcement agents can use deadly force in defense of self or others but now they could shoot any adult who was armed and outside the cabin, threat or no threat. Fourth, the Weavers were never given an opportunity to peacefully surrender themselves.

CONCLUSION: Weaver and a friend, Kevin Harris, were arrested and charged with the murder of Degan. They were acquitted. Weaver sued the government and was awarded a $3.1 million settlement. Naturally, the mouthpiece of the left, the NY Obama Times, called the Weaver family "an armed separtist brigade," (a brigade is usually comprised of 4-5,000 troops). The FBI told the nation that they had busted a band of evil dangerous white-separatist racists. When the details came out, the FBI had shate on their faces, promised a thorough review of the case, and then covered up the affair. FBI Director Louis Freeh even promoted Larry Potts, one of the agents involved in it (and later Waco), to the Bureau's number-two position. Oddly enough, FBI supervisor, Michael Kahoe (Ruby Ridge and Waco), admitted to destroying evidence and obstructing justice, but was not prosecuted until after he had his retirement pension. When Larry Potts was forced to retirement over it all, the FBI mucky-mucks flew into DC for his party. They claimed it was official business, billed it to the taxpayers, it was leaked to the press, but no one was fired. They DID get a nasty letter in their personnel files though.

When an Idaho prosecutor did bring manslaughter charges against the FBI sniper who shot Vicki Weaver, the Feds were enraged. WHAT! STATE'S RIGHTS! They insisted that they could police their own ranks without any outside interference (see above). In fact, the DoJ dispatched the solicitor general to a federal appellate court to argue for a dismissal of all charges! It should be noted that the solicitor general usually makes oral arguments to the SCOTUS. Here was the crux of his argument: "federal law enforcement agents are privileged to do what would otherwise be unlawful if done by a private citizen." Wrong answer.

During the WACO attack, 80 Americans were killed because of the federal government’s negligence and aggression. This was the biggest massacre of American civilians by the US government since Wounded Knee. The siege began on February 28, when the ATF screwed up a publicity stunt they called a raid, and ended when the Branch Davidian church and home went up in flames.  The FBI used a tank on lease from the military, that pumped CS gas (which is flammable) for six hours, into the buildings in the compound. George Uhlig (Chemistry professor) testified that the high concentration of the gas and poor ventilation, "subjected the women and children to conditions similar to the gas chambers used by the Nazis in Auschwitz."

The Feds spun it when FBI Assistant Special Agent in Charge, Bob Ricks said that the use of gas was: "to make their environment as uncomfortable as possible until they do exit the compound." Kind of strange to say that when the Feds threw flash-bang grenades at anyone who tried to leave earlier!

Attorney General Janet Reno said: "the gas attack was not meant to be D-Day." Just your basic "Oops, our bust."

What is even stranger is that:

1. The feds blared obnoxious music
2. Used glaring lights
3. Cut off their water, electricity, access to the press and their attorneys.
4. When the fire erupted, firefighters were not permitted to fight it.
5. When it was all over, the ATF ran its flag up to declare victory.

and the press could care less. But Abu Ghraib was a big deal to the NY Obama Times.

April 20, BJ Bubba bleated: "he did not believe the Attorney General should resign because some religious fanatics murdered themselves." Naturally, the Lapdog Media The press corps, applauded Bubba's spin. What this was, was BJ Bubba exercising a little force over those evil religionists, gun-owners, etc.

In 1996, the Montana Freeman came under siege by the FBI (isn't it ODD how BJ Bubba went after right-wing groups ONLY) but the seige ended peacefully. Why? Because Americans, armed under the Second Amendment of the Constitution, showed up to the site as oversight on the FBI. Funny how that works huh?

Readers are probably asking themselves WHY is the Gunny bringing this up. 

The main problem is that NOTHING was learned by Americans by the Ruby Ridge, and Waco attacks. One, there was a massive violation of the Fourth Amendment Rights of all of the victims. Two, there was a use of excessive force hitherto unseen since Wounded Knee. Three, there was investigative misconduct on the part of the Feds as well as prosecutorial error, as they tried to bum rush Randy Weaver and Kevin Harris. Four, the pay out of civil fines is also a violation of the rights of the US taxpayers! This doesn't penalize those involved nor does it teach them ANY lessons because the government can simply confiscate more money from us, who have committed no crimes, who have no culpability for the mess, yet have to clean up the mess, and pay the money out.

The Gunny sees the same thing going on right now in the Obama administration as he wildly blames every group for his short-comings, like a narcissist is wont to do. When liberals kill in show of force, it must have been necessary they say. It was those "Jesus-lovers", those "religious fanatics", those "evil white separatists", and the press parroted the party line. The Lapdog Media attacked Bush like Rosie O'Donnell hitting the buffet but they're sycophantic of Barry and when combined with liberals who look the other way as their leader violates the Constitution at will, is dangerous to us and lethal to the Republic. The muck-raking liberal bobbleheads parsed every word that was uttered by Bush43 but played coverup for BJ Bubba and screen Obama. Just like they failed to ask ANY hard questions about Barry Soetoro, they refused to ask any hard questions about Ruby Ridge or Waco, and they failed to ask why the ATF/FBI changed their excuse in Waco from a meth lab, to illegal gun ownership, to child abuse.

Indeed, the Tea Party was labeled by the administration and the Lapdog Media as "teabaggers." The Obama Administration has attacked Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, and us bitter-clingers as Timothy McVeigh juniors! The Department of Homeland Security, under leftist party hack Janet Napolitano (another Janet God help us) pushed out a pile of cow dung labeled: "Rise in Right-Wing Extremism." The report used a broad brush approach, typical of liberals, to attack returning military veterans, those who fear of the loss of Second Amendment-protected rights through gun grabs or ammo grabs, and those tired of a deaf government, as a fertile breeding ground for anti-government groups. This is amazing coming from an administration that embraces leftist terrorists like William Ayers, Bernadine Dorhn, and Rashid Khalidi! All friends of Obama.

At the bottom line is that those of us who: support states rights, despise paying higher taxes for the Peggy the Moochers, support the right to KEEP and BEAR arms, know the Constitution better than our Reps/Sens, demand that our politicians listen to the will of the people, and demand that they stop spending our tax dollars, are now lumped into the same class as violent racists and terrorists. We oppose Barry ergo, as liberals see it, we're racists to be hate-crime legislated into oblivion. The Gunny attended a gun show on Saturday and the gun and ammo purchases were through the roof. Why? Because the Obama regime is scheming how to control us. Case-in-point, they are working to take over the internet through "net-neutrality", mandatory national service (we caught that one in their bill), and more cradle-to-grave welfarism paying off their core voters in the welfare state. They have drones like Anita Dunn, Cass Sunstein, Holdren, and earlier, Van Jones, who see us as obstructions in their way to the implementation of a socialist utopia. But don't worry folks, the kiddies in Burlington NJ are still singing songs to the Dear Leader, Barack Hussein Obama MMM! MMM! MMM! even as he gave a few million of our tax dollars to the "Muslim Technology" program for Islamic nations this weekend. Guess they need help developing nukes to use against us.

is a foregone conclusion. As much as the Gunny loves America (He is an ARDENT Nationalist), it appears that we're going to have to settle these differences once again, in a force of arms. And it will be the fault of Democrats, RINOS and their DIALBLO (Democrats in All But Label Only) (Mark Steyn's tag) cousins, who simply refuse to listen to the will of the American people.

For example, take this exchange with Senator Leaky Leahy:
 
 
Now a little background on Ol Leaky Leahy is in order. This is the very clown who LEAKED classified information in the 80's and was never charged for it. When this incompetent fool was the vice chairman of the Senate Intelligence (now THERE is an oxymoron for you) Committee in the 80's under Reagan, he was "wee-wee'd off" about that administration's war on terrorism in the 1980s. He:
 
1. allegedly threatened to sabotage classified strategies he didn't like.
2. ‘inadvertently' disclosed a top-secret communications intercept during a 1985 television interview. (allowed us to capture the terrorists who had hijacked the cruise ship Achille Lauro and murdered Leon Klinghoffer) The leak resulted in an Egyptian operative involved in helping US being murdered.
3. leaked secret information in 1987 about a 1986 covert operation planned by the Reagan administration to topple Libya's Moammar Gaddhafi and sent a written threat to expose the operation directly to then-CIA Director William Casey.
4. The plan turned up in the Washington Post (a lib rag), a few weeks later, causing it to be aborted.
5. had to resign his Intelligence Committee post after he was caught leaking secret information to a reporter a year later.

It is AMAZING that this idiot cannot say what part of the Constitution grants Congress the power to force every American to buy health insurance. And WHY NOT? Because they HAVE NO AUTHORITY to do so. NONE of the enumerated powers afforded to Congress by the Constitution support them forcing an individual purchase mandate. Another liberal idiot, Senator Baucus, when asked about their Constitutional authority to force this on Americans called it, "a novel question." GEE! YA THINK!? In reality, the forcing of a health care mandate on us is nothing more than a tyrannical enforcement of power, which is a view 180 degrees OUT of what the Framers’ vision of the our government's  limited and enumerated powers. If we allow this to happen what will stop them from forcing us to, say, buying ugly hybrids fit only for denutted liberal men to drive? We're too fat? Why, Congress can mandate that we join health care clubs, run by their buddies, to burn off the fat. We can even be fined for failing to lose the blubber! (Good thing Rosie O'Donnell and Michael Mooreon are rich.) Not eating enough broccoli according to the Health Czar? Not a problem. Our fine politicians can mandate that each of us must choke down a certain amount of broccoli each week or face a fine! They can even create a new bureaucratic office to ensure we're good little sheep and grazing on that broccoli. (Kickbacks from the broccoli farmers can go directly to the Congress) Talk about your "shovel-ready" jobs. At the bottom line is that this behavior in BOTH Houses of Congress and in the White House, is seriously un-American, it bypasses State's Rights, it trashes the Constitution, and it ENDS individual liberty and the Gunny is sick and damned tired of it.
 
Consider this:
 
In the Federalist 46, James Madison wrote: "The accumulation of all power, legislative, executive, and judiciary in the same hands...may justly be pronounced the very definition of tyranny." THE VERY DEFINITION OF TYRANNY!

Also:

"It will be of little avail to the people, that the laws are made by men of their own choice, if the laws...undergo such incessant changes that no man, who knows what the law is to-day, can guess what it will be tomorrow. James Madison, Federalist 62.

Yet just a few days ago, the Congress levied a 90% tax on the bonuses paid to execs of bailed out companies. The Leftists short-stroked it while some dummies on the Right dug it as well. This was a "selective" tax levied on those evil execs who were stupid enough to take bail out money that clearly violate the constitutional ban on bills of attainder and ex post facto laws! This is not the first time the Gunny has discussed this issue either (AIG execs March 2009). Ex post facto legislation is little more than an act of revenge or punishment issued like an edict from a monarch! Like Congress investigated steroids in baseball and intervened in the Schiavo case, it is a vicious and dangerous overreach of Congress’ authority. America is a rule of law nation, as the Liberals loved to crow about during the Bush years, but it requires that like all people are treated alike and that they know what the law is, which allows them to plan their actions and lives in order to remain legit. A law passed by Congress to impose taxes on a politically unpopular group like evil CEO's and execs is clearly a tyrannical abuse of Congress’s powers. The Gunny hopes that the CEOs and other industry execs band together, grow a set of balls, and ram it back up Congress' tailpipe with a lawsuit.
 
In another instance, both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, 85% FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OWNED, have lost 165 BILLION dollars in the last 8 quarters. Whose fault? The usual culprits, Frank, Dodd, Pelosi, Reid, etc. Who is gonna pay for it? The usual mark, the US taxpayers. Let's examine the remarks of Nanny pelosi, quite possibly even DUMBER than Obama's mouthpiece, Robert Gibbs. Here she is on taxes:
 
"Well, I-- well, there will be a time when we will hopefully lower taxes because of the comprehensive overview of our tax code. Over the-- even the corporate tax. And in-- budget that was passed re-- and in the recovery package, as well, we lowered taxes for the middle class. But as far as the other initiatives, the cap and-- the-- climate change and energy investments, as well as health care. They are designed to be job creators. Because they will lower the cost of energy. And lower the cost of health care to businesses."
 
In other words, NEVER WILL WE LOWER TAXES as long as we're in power. They see themselves as MASTER and American citizens as SLAVES! And not to be outdone, this is HER CONGRESS that forced CF lights on us. If you break one, here are the steps to clean it up from the Maine DEP:
 
Before Clean-up: 
 
1. Ventilate the Room. (that will work well in subzero temps huh!?)
2. Have people and pets leave the room, and don't let anyone walk through the breakage area on their way out.
3. Open a window and leave the room for 15 minutes or more. (More energy costs to recool or reheat the room)
4. Shut off the central forced-air heating/air conditioning system, if you have one. (HUH!?)
 
Clean-Up Steps for Hard Surfaces:
 
1. Carefully scoop up glass fragments and powder using stiff paper or cardboard and place them in a glass jar with metal lid (such as a canning jar) or in a sealed plastic bag. 
2. Use sticky tape, such as duct tape, to pick up any remaining small glass fragments and powder.
3. Wipe the area clean with damp paper towels or disposable wet wipes and place them in the glass jar or plastic bag.
4. Do not use a vacuum or broom to clean up the broken bulb on hard surfaces.
 
Clean-up Steps for Carpeting or Rug:
 
1. Carefully pick up glass fragments and place them in a glass jar with metal lid (such as a canning jar) or in a sealed plastic bag.
2. Use sticky tape, such as duct tape, to pick up any remaining small glass fragments and powder.
3. If vacuuming is needed after all visible materials are removed, vacuum the area where the bulb was broken.
4. Remove the vacuum bag (or empty and wipe the canister), and put the bag or vacuum debris in a sealed plastic bag.
 
Disposal of Clean-up Materials:
 
1. Immediately place all cleanup materials outside the building in a trash container or outdoor protected area for the next normal trash.
2. Wash your hands after disposing of the jars or plastic bags containing clean-up materials.
3. Check with your local or state government about disposal requirements in your specific area. Some states prohibit such trash disposal and require that broken and unbroken mercury-containing bulbs be taken to a local recycling center.
 
Future Cleaning of Carpeting or Rug: Ventilate the Room During and After Vacuuming:
 
1. The next several times you vacuum, shut off the central forced-air heating/air conditioning system and open a window prior to vacuuming.

Folks, the Gunny is stocking up on incandescent light bulbs and Congress can kiss the Gunny's hairy white butt on this, I WILL NOT USE CFLs.

Today it's 20- to 25,000, a number that has either held steady over the last 20 years or has risen slightly. In Canada, the manager of wildlife resources for the Nunavut territory of Canada has found that the population there has increased by 25 percent."

Yes, the Gunny is talking about Peggy the Moocher. Thus, if we cannot convince them that we will never relent, our separation must then be imminent. Indeed, we all know that separations are painful but in the end, is it not better to LEAVE an abusive spouse, a controlling spouse, in order to flourish and grow? The Left is intractable on this, just listen to ONE SPEECH from Pelosi, Reid, or Obama. They simply want us to shut up and suck it up. How did Obama put it in a recent speech? Oh yeah, "Republicans just do what they're told!" Sorry Barry, but CONSERVATIVES DO NOT DO THAT! If we're pushed to violence by this regime, as it appears that we will be, are we prepared to go whole hog? We're exhausting every means NOT to be violent but the powers that be simply refuse to listen and the 4th estate is little more than a group of people practicing the world's oldest profession for Barry and Company. What avenue is then left to us? Is it a sign of what's to come as guns and ammo fly from the shelves and into the hands of patriots nationwide? If we separate, if we HAVE to separate, let us point the finger of blame exactly where it needs to point, the Congress. The President. The Senate. There are three sides in America now my friends, just like in 1775. On one side is a group who will defend liberty, probably at a very high cost, a group of American who desire freedom but sit on their hands, watch Ameican Idol, and do nothing, and the Socialist Nanny Staters bound and determined to force their agenda on us by any means possible.

It's AMAZING what you find out when you read FOREIGN newspapers. For example, the Gunny did not see ANYTHING in the American press on this.

EXCERPT: "US President Barack Obama has shelved his plans to attend festivities marking the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will reportedly take his place at the Nov. 9 celebrations. Germany is going to have to wait longer than expected for US President Barack Obama's first official visit. Citing government sources in Berlin, Reuters reported on Friday that Obama will not attend the anniversary festivities marking two decades since the fall of the Berlin Wall. The event will take place on Nov. 9 -- just two days before Obama embarks on a long-planned trip to Asia on Nov. 11. According to the German television channel n-tv, US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will stand in for the president. It is considered unlikely that her husband, the former President Bill Clinton, will accompany her. Berlin is going all out for the anniversary, with such luminaries as Kofi Annan, Mikhail Gorbachev and Lech Walesa expected to be in attendance. German Chancellor Angela Merkel is pushing hard to complete ongoing coalition negotiations soon so that her government is fully formed in time for the festivities. Despite Obama's absence, however, Merkel will get some face time with the US president in early November. She is planning to travel to Washington and will be addressing a joint session of US Congress on Nov. 3. Obama has not visited Berlin since taking power. He was in Germany briefly in June, when he made stops in Dresden and at the Buchenwald concentration camp memorial. It was during that trip that Merkel extended the invitation for Obama to help Germany celebrate the fall of the Wall. Merkel's government expressed understanding with Obama's scheduling difficulties, Reuters reported. Obama's first state visit to Berlin is now expected to take place in 2010."
 
Wow, evidently Barry is UPSET that the USSR fell after all, his mentor, Frank Marshall Davis was a commie, his friends William Ayers and Bernadine Dorhn, the two unrepentent terrorists are commies, his pal Rashid Khalidi is a Marxist, Anita Dunn, his Comm puke is a commie who digs on Mao, Van Jones, another CommieCzar, who finally got canned, yep, another commie. In fact, LordGodKing Barry's entire administration is chock full of commies so WHY WOULDN'T the, oops, THE Annoited One be upset at the fall of the USSR? After all, his uncle SERVED in the Soviet Army since he liberated Auschwitz, as Barry exclaimed. Putin stated that the collapse of the Soviet Union was, “the greatest geopolitical catastrophe of the 20th Century," and Barry must AGREE with him! Yeah, a murdering, warring, enslaving evil empire going into the shatecan is a real bad thing. A government that murdered, jailed, gulaged, and exiled over 20 million of their own people was a good thing to the commies in our government, which is why Barry will stay home and pout. He's sending the Hildabeast who knows the old Soviet Union well, having toured it in the 70's with Ol' BJ Bubba. Maybe they can see some of the sights they saw back then, you know, dissidents being "reeducated" in the Lubyanka, the very train tracks that took a few million people off to Siberia, Stalin's grave, where Shrillary and BJ Bubba can hold hands and weep, and finally, a tour of the old KGB HQ where they can review Carter's involvement with them in the 80's to try and beat Reagan!
 
Meanwhile, back in the White House, Barry can console himself with a taxpayer funded concert by Earth, Wind, and Fire, or maybe Stevie Wonder, while he chows down on $100.00 per pound Kobe beef, root veggies, and a side order of Arugula, like Nero might do with a feast, an orgy, and a few crispy Christians when he was down and out.
 
The rest of us should hoist a glass of beer (or your favorite beverage) on 9 November and salute the people who made the Soviet Union crumble like a house of cards and ended the Cold War the liberals started at Yalta. Then we can party on 10 November for the Marine Corps birthday, followed by a celebration of "All Person's Day" on the 11th of November, as per the wishes of Liberals everywhere! 
 
The contempt for freedom in this administration is staggering. The Gunny hopes and prays that he is number FOUR on Barry's enemies list, right after Rush, Hannity, and Beck. It's an HONOR and a PRIVILEGE to oppose this Punk-in-Chief and his commie vermin. The Community Organizer-in-Chief is a whiny, thin skinned, narcissistic, man-child, who has done nothing, run nothing, and accomplished nothing of note. He is little more than a blood sucking leech (lawyer) who lies, who claims the work of others, who crows about himself like a spoiled child, who will be nothing but a footnote in history when he and his commie bretheren are gone like smoke on the wind in 2012. Cleaning out the stables will be a Herculean job but it'll be a labor of love after four years of this bum.
