This idiot calls the Iraq War illegal and he is a lawyer? Here are a few issues that allowed us to invade:
1. Resolution 678 authorized the use of force to eject Iraq from Kuwait. This resolution ALSO gave the US the LEGAL RIGHT "to restore peace and security in the area". Somehow, with Saddam and sons in flagrant defiance of the Useless Nations from 1991 to 2003, with combat operations having to DAILY enforce sanctions (that the UN, the EU, and Kofi Annan were cheating on), and with thousands of innocent Iraqis being raped, starved, and murdered over those 12 years, not even this a**hat can claim that the second part had been accomplished.
2. Resolution 687 set out the ceasefire conditions which suspended but did not terminate the authority to use force under SCR 678. Again, Iraq violated them over and over. Indeed, the extensive breech of 687 revived the authority to use force under 678.
3. Resolution 1441 determined that Iraq had been and remained in material breech of 687 and all 1441 required was reporting to the UN Security Council in regards to Iraq's (Saddam's) failures, in order to authorize force.
EXCERPT: Koh also has long held that the U.S. should accept international law when deliberating cases at home. Koh also advocates a "transnational legal process" and has criticized the U.S. for its failure to "obey global norms." In an article published in the Berkeley Journal of International Law in 2004, Koh wrote, "What role can transnational legal process play in affecting the behavior of several nations whose disobedience with international law has attracted global attention after September 11th -- most prominently, North Korea, Iraq and our own country, the United States of America?
This moron links the United States of America to North Korea and Iraq under Saddam? And THIS is the moron that Comrade Maobama wants to nominate!? Is he up to date on his taxes? That should be question number. Number two is, What will WE do if this piece of dog squeeze tries to bring us under ICC jurisdiction? HERE is the crux of the issue. Barry Soetoro aka Comrade Maobama is an Islamic sympathizer at the least and a Islamofascist at heart, having been educated in a madrassa in Indonesia and having a PLO terrorist, Rashid Khalidi as a homey. So he nominates a flaming leftist with globalist views, who seeks to subjugate us under the ICC and bring us under foreign laws, to include Sharia Law!

Koh must be dumber than a bag of hammers NOT to understand the fact that WE THE PEOPLE have a Constitution. WE THE PEOPLE have our own judicial institutions. WE THE PEOPLE have a democratic political system THAT WE WILL FIGHT FOR. This nomination must be fought with tooth and nail. Write, call, email your Senators and demand this b*stard be sent back to whatever rock he climbed out from under. The phrase, "WE THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES" does not allow of those so-called "transnational “interactions", which is nothing but two fancy words for the institutional authority and accountability in that phrase and in our Constitution."
What this maggot wants is more along the lines of extra-constitutional actions that are illegal and disgusting by their very nature, at least to THIS American. Again, AGAIN!, we see liberals seeking to legislate from "the bench." To force through a bogus agenda and to seek a change that they COULD NOT EVER hope to get at the polls, even with legions of Peggy the Moochers at their beck and call!
EVERY American should IMMEDIATELY begin to question the goal of Comrade Maobama's banana republic "regime" in the area of bringing us under foreign courts. WHY is he doing this? The legitimate legal authority comes from our Constitution and NOT from Maobama or his commie nominees. We are Americans, in the United States of America, and we fall under NO OTHER LAW THAN THE CONSTITUTION!
Koh, as far as the Gunny is concerned, you're nothing but something stuck on the bottom of the Gunny's boot, and your corrupt agenda will be fought as vigorously and as long as needed, in order to defeat it. You want to live under the ICC, haul your fat commie a** to the land of the Europukes, we in America are quite satisfied to fall under the Constitution, as it was written by our Founding Fathers.
