1. Congress has refused to follow the laws that they pass for the public good.
2. Congress has suspended common sense and has utterly neglected to attend to the Will of the People.
3. Congress has passed a bailout plan so utterly full of pork, to include payments to ACORN, that the Will of the People be impinged upon.
4. Congress has enjoyed free luxury cars, with gas, maintenance, and insurance paid for by the Taxpayers.
5. Congress has refused to drill for oil, ignoring the plentiful natural resources that God has bestowed on this Great Nation, thus imposing a hardship on the American People for the sake of Environazis.
6. Congress has called together their legislative body, on numerous occasions, for the sole purpose of voting themselves fat pay raises.
7. Congress has forced the American People to comply with their tax laws while sheltering their funds in trusts as Ted Kennedy has done for decades.
8. Congress has dissolved their House repeatedly for vacations, junkets, and time off, while the Will of the People remains unresolved.
9. Congress has refused for a long time, to privatize Social Security, and repeatedly raped the fund, for the largesse of the lazy and stupid within our society, and to buy votes to cause others to be elected and relected, who should have been tried and convicted of crimes like Bribery (William Jefferson), Treason (John Murtha) DUI (Robert F. Kennedy Jr), but were returned to the Congress for their exercises in self aggrandizement.
10. Congress has purposely obstructed the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners and thus, allowed an estimated 12-25 million illegal aliens to reside in the United States of America, unlawfully, and thus, living off of the fruits of other people's labor.
11. Congress has refused on numerous ocassions to build the fence (Southern Border) that the Will of the People demand.
12. Congress has made entire populations of Americans, mainly inner-city denizens, dependent on their Welfare checks, for the benefit of the occupants of the Congress, and for sheer vote buying alone.
13. Congress has erected a multitude of new Federal agencies, namely the IRS, that is sent hither and yon to harrass the American People and to drain all substance from their wallets, pocketbooks, and bank accounts.
14. Congress has, under Liberal leadership, through incrementalism, combined with the United Nations, to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and has sought and will continue to seek, the subjugation of American Soverignty to the UN, the ICC, and other such denizens of The Hague, Geneva, Paris, Brussels, etc.
15. Congress has imposed taxes and other fees upon us without our Consent while dodging their own taxes (Charles Rangel).
16. Congress has protected its members of a Trial by Jury for their crimes.
17. Congress has sought to abolish the Second Amendment, with such members as Diane Feinstein stating, "Banning guns addresses a fundamental right of Americans to feel safe," and Senator Chuck Schumer stating, "We're here to tell the NRA their nightmare [ban on guns] is true," and thus they fly in the face of the Constitution.
18. Congress has sought to take our Right to freedom of speech (Fairness Doctrine) and our right to support our choice for leadership (McCain/Feingold) and thus, alter our form of a normal lifestyle, free from nanny-staters, communists, socialists, and perverts such as Barney Frank and NAMBLA.
19. Congress has plundered our bank accounts, ravaged our wallets, and redistributed this largesse to others at the cost of our people.
20. Congress has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, by seeking to divide and conquer, to perform class warfare, as dictated by radicals like Hillary Clinton, Saul Alinsky, and Barack Obama, and thus seek to keep us divided through merciless partisan politics destined to destroy America as we know it and love it.
21. Congress has ignored the petitions of the People, most notably the Buyout Plan, which afterwards, AIG officials took a vacation at a spa and thus gave an unknown amount of kickbacks to members of Congress.
Congress has so ignored the Will of the People and our repeated petitions have been answered only by repeated injury such as 50% pay raises for Congress in 1988, free loans from the House Bank, and free loans for the purchase of homes, as Tony Rezko did for Barack Hussein Obama.
This character is thus defined as tyrannical and is thereby judged to unfit to be the ruler of a free people.
We have warned the Congress from time to time of their attempts to extend an unwanted Nanny State over us. We have reminded them of the need for Strong and Secure borders and for the Right of American Citizens, not illegal aliens, to enjoy the resources that this Great Nation affords its people. We have appealed to them on so many occasions that they have thusly turned a deaf ear to us and have ignored our calls, emails, and written correspondence. They have been deaf to the call for Justice within their body politic. We the People must, therefore, declare and announce that we hold the Congress and Senate in Contempt, and see them as Enemies to the American Way. We therefore declare that we are Absolved from all debts that the Congress incurs in our name, specifically the Bailout Plan, unneeded and full of pork, and that all political connection between them and us, is and ought to be totally dissolved. That we as a Free People, with a firm reliance on our ability to act when need be, deserve leadership from Adults acting in the best interests of this Great Nation and not themselves, and therefore, put Congress on notice. Cease and desist your socialist ways, and beg forgiveness of the American People or suffer the consequences from a Just and Angry People.
