The act provides unpaid leave to new parents, workers caring for sick family members, and those recovering from illness.

   Here's what it means to us: HIGHER TAXES to pay for YET ANOTHER DHIMMICRAT spending proposal that will total more than $750 billion with all of her OTHER proposals at the Fed/State level.

   Check this out. Brian Deese, another lapdog for Shrillary, whined that the proposal's $1.75 billion-a-year cost would be covered by closing a loophole on tax shelters, which he said would raise $26 billion dollars in revenue over 10 years. In Libspeak, that means, "we'll close the loophole for THE MIDDLE CLASS AFTER we open one up for us rich socialist elites!" Deese barfed this nugget out: "With sound policies and sensible investments, we can give parents more choices to make the decisions that are best for them."

1. The film claims that melting snows on Mount Kilimanjaro are evidence global warming. The governments expert was forced to concede that this is incorrect.

2. The film suggests that evidence from ice cores proves that rising CO2 causes temperature increases over 650,000 years. The Court found that the film was misleading: over that period the rises in CO2 lagged behind the temperature rises by 800-2,000 years.

3. The film uses images of Katrina and suggests that this has been caused by global warming. The governments expert had to accept that it was not possible to attribute one-off events to global warming. (The libturds just won't let this go!)

4. The film asserts the drying up of Lake Chad was caused by global warming. The governments expert had to accept this was not the case.

5. The film claims that a study showed that polar bears had drowned due to disappearing arctic ice. Actually, The Goreacle had misread the study! (Gee, go figure. And the libturds want this guy as POTUS!?) In fact, four polar bears drowned because of a particularly violent storm.

6. The film warns that global warming could stop the Gulf Stream, throwing Europe into an ice age: the claimants evidence was that this was a scientific impossibility. (haha. Stop the Gulf Stream! hahahaha)

7. The film blames global warming for species losses, including coral reef bleaching. The government could not find any evidence to support this claim. (Facts, schmacs! It's all about "feelings, nothing more than feelings," with the libstooges!)

8. The film suggests that sea levels could rise by 23 feet causing the displacement of millions of people. In fact the evidence is that sea levels are expected to rise by about 15.75 inches over the next hundred years and that there is no such threat of massive migration.

9. The film claims that rising sea levels has caused the evacuation of certain Pacific islands to New Zealand. The government is unable to substantiate this, and the Court observed that this appears to be a false claim.

The main purpose of the Second Amendment is to prevent governmental tyranny and with approximately 80 MILLION legal gun owners in the USA, well only be subjugated if WE LET IT HAPPEN. The Second Amendment, folks, was not written for hunting, sporting use, target shooting, or reducing crime, it was written by the Founding Fathers to ensure that WE had the means to KEPP our God-given (not government given) rights to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.

Gun control protects criminals. That simple sentence can be verified wherever gun control has been imposed on the people. In England, Canada, and Australia, for example, violent crime has skyrocketed now that the people are unarmed. Indeed, in England, those who DEFEND themselves go to prison, not the criminal(s). The criminal(s) who keep their guns and break the law simply dont give a d*mn about breaking another one, two, ten, a hundred. The Second Amendment keeps ambitious politicians at bay and the criminals scared to attack someone that they THINK is packing heat. Sarah Brady, Chucky Schumer, Dianne MILCON Feinstein, Michael Douglas, George Soros, Hillary Clinton, and a host of other gun grabbers want to disarmed and dependent on THEM for protection. Need a recent example of what happens to a populace that is unarmed and trying to reform a repressive government? The Gunny has it in one word, Myanmar. The government massacres and atrocities in Myanmar are a PERFECT example of what liberals "sensible gun control laws" can accomplish. The citizens are disarmed and defenseless after decades of government security. Only the military and the police have guns in  Myanmar and thus, the "progressive" government is able to impose: atrocities, imprisonment, civil rights abuses, murder, beatings, torture, and whatever else keeps the tyrannical in power. Ask yourself one question, could this tyranny continue if the 100,000 protesters had weapons?

Thomas Jefferson said it best when he wrote: "The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves from tyranny in government." Thus, it falls on the citizens of the United States to repel a tyrannical, out-of-control government. I am not advocating revolution however, The Gunny will not rollover for Soros hordes. What we must do as citizens is this:

1. JOIN the NRA. It's not the best organization in the world and they always ask for money BUT THEY CAN FIGHT THE FIGHT as it needs to be done and they have media outlets. They TRACK politicians and HOW THEY VOTE!

2. If a gun confiscation bill is even being considered, BOMBARD your Reps/Senators with calls, letters, emails, and personal visits at Townhall meetings. Let them know that you will work against them until you draw your last breath if they vote for such bullsh*t. And then DO IT!

3. Resolve yourself that if gun control is passed, that you will refuse to abide by it and allow yourself to be arrested. If only 10% of us go to jail for our beliefs, that is EIGHT MILLION NEW CRIMINALS! I don't think that the economy could handle losing eight million plus taxpayers. Do you? Perfect for the liberals and their sheeple. In 2000, Soros and his Shadow Party’s donations greatly exceeded the limits on political contributions stipulated by campaign finance laws. Soros therefore laundered their contributions through Section 527 groups. These came to be known as “Stealth PACs."

The Campaign for a Progressive Future (CPF) is one of Georgie’s stealth PACs and ANYTHING named “Progressive” is a code-word for Socialism. The drones in the CPF worked to target any political candidate, at any level, who the NRA endorsed, in order to unseat him/her. The owner of the DNC, Soros, personally seeded CPF with $500,000 dollars of his own money. The CPF funded political ads and direct-mail campaigns in support of state initiatives favoring gun control and background checks at gun shows. This organization works, along with the ACLU, and the liberals in general, to remove the God-given right of Americans to KEEP and BEAR Arms.

Soros was buddies with Bill and Hillary Clinton and their rise to power gave him easy access to the Beltway elites, something that he always needed for his plans but never enjoyed. This is like Jimmy Carter giving up Iran to the Islamofascists and fulfilling Qutb’s plan (Milestones) for an Islamic state from which to foment state-sponsored terrorism. Georgie reciprocated by becoming the Clintons' “unofficial” ambassador to Russia and to the other former Warsaw Pact nations. George Soros made a fortune in the so-called "Russiagate" phenomenon which was in reality, a feeding-frenzy of backroom "privatization" deals and Russian junk bond issues. Of course, not to be left out, Clinton officials such as AL GORE, Larry Summers, and Strobe Talbot carried Bubba’s water as well.

Of no small importance is the fact that Hillary Clinton and George Soros are socialist soulmates, Bubba is just the “useful idiot.” Soros and Hitlary

a.    Both hate the fact that the USA is the sole “superpower"
b.    Both seek to subordinate U.S. interests to global interests
c.    Both seek to limit U.S. sovereignty to global government (UN rule)
d.    Both seek to subjugate U.S. law to global courts
e.    Both seek to subjugate U.S. wealth to global taxation
f.    Both seek to limit U.S. productivity as a scheme for global income redistribution
g.    Both hate Israel

These two should be referred to as Lenin and Stalin juniors for all intents and purposes.

Soros is no neophyte in getting his way and has a lot of experience in agitating "regime changes." In fact, he was behind the "Velvet Revolution" in Czechoslovakia (1989) that put Vaclav Havel in the President’s chair. He has also had his dirty little “Minnie Me” hand in starting coups in Slovakia, Croatia, Georgia and Yugoslavia. His pattern is always the same. First, he picks a target country, Then, he creates a shadow government. This is a fully formed government-in-exile, ready to assume power when the opportunity arises. The Shadow Party here in the USA greatly resembles those he has created in other countries, prior to instigating a coup. The difference is that we have guns, lots of them, and we know how to use them. THAT and THAT alone keeps the Shadow Party scumbags at bay.

Hillary Clinton. This dyed-in-the-wool socialist visited the USSR in 1970 with Bubba and The Gunny is betting that they did not go there to learn how to make borsch. An adept liar, Her Thighness has tried to cover the depth of her involvement with the Center for American Progress but it’s definitely as deep as ninth level of H*ll, where all socialists and commies end up. She and NOT John Podesta have the ultimate authority at CAP. An article in The Nation, written by Robert Dreyfuss notes: "In looking at Podesta's center, there's no escaping the imprint of the Clintons. It's not completely wrong to see it as a shadow government, a kind of Clinton White-House-in-exile--or a White House staff in readiness for President Hillary Clinton." As for the rest, her scandals are widely-known

Harold Ickes. This slimy little worm is the son of Harold Ickes. Daddy was a MEMBER of the League of Peace and Democracy. It was a front for a Stalinist organization. He even wrote a nice letter welcoming the commies for their 5th national gathering. The League was a Comintern  affiliate organization formed in 1933 by CPUSA. Henry F. Ward, chairman of the American Civil Liberties Union, became chairman of the League. Communist publications were widely distributed throughout churches. It was a major campaign by the CPUSA to infiltrate the churches and enlist church members into the League. The apple does not fall far from the tree.

Ickes met Bill Clinton while both were working on Operation Pursestrings, a grassroots lobbying effort aimed at pushing through the 1970 Hatfield-McGovern Amendment to cut off all military aid to South Vietnam. The bogus Amendment was defeated but Senator Ted Kennedy managed to get others pushed through which succeeded in slashing U.S. aid to South Vietnam by 80 percent in the next three years. In 1975, neither South Vietnam nor Cambodia could no longer afford to defend themselves against Icke's friends, the Communists, and they fell. The Communists promptly slaughtered 2-3 million people in the region. On behalf of the various victims of the killing fields, thanks Harold, I’m sure they appreciated your efforts.

   We're getting the messages about socialized medicine LIMA CHARLIE (Loud and Clear) from both Canada and Britian but the Dhimmicrats, in their quest for total power, have their brain set on "stunned." Just yesterday it was reported that Canadian women are coming over to the USA to have their kids because the Canadian health care system simply sucks. The Gunny has posted numerous items on Britain's health and dental care (ever see a Brit's teeth? SHEESH!) Then, yesterday another report out of Britain that secondary infections in their hospitals are rampant:

   "At least 90 patients died from an infectious superbug in three neighbouring hospitals in southern Britain in two years due to lack of basic hygiene, according to an official report published Thursday. The patients died after being contaminated with Clostridium difficile, a secondary infection caused by poor hospital care according to the Healthcare Commission, the governmental watchdog agency. "It's a scandal. It's awful," British Health Secretary Alan Johnson told BBC Radio 4's Today programme. Symptoms include severe diarrhoea, especially in the aged. The infection was also a factor in the deaths of 124 other patients and probably figured into the deaths of 55 others in three hospitals in the county of Kent, according to the report. And guess what folks? YOU CAN'T SUE THE GOVERNMENT for crap like this when it happens HERE!

   Now today, it's being reported that special care baby units in Britain are "near breaking point", with some babies being turned away because they cannot ensure adequate care!

   Their problems are:

1. A lack of funding had also left some units struggling to meet minimum staffing levels. (With taxes running 80%+ in Britain, WTF OVER!)

2. Many neonatal units were forced to refuse new admissions for considerable periods of time because of staff shortages.

3. Mothers and babies may be forced to travel long distances in search of a unit with the appropriate facilities to care for them.

But hey, the MOST important thing is that they're all equal, equally miserable and when no decent care is available for anyone, well, they'll be equal to the Brits back in the Middle Ages.

   In the last part of the series, we'll look at what socialism really is and what it has in store for us if, God forbid, the liberal/socialists get into power.

   The liberal/socialist rules by decree, not by vote or choice and the participation in the socialist dream are universally enforced. There is nothing private anymore. No private property, nothing personal because if the group thinks that someone needs it more, guess what? Say bye-bye to whatever it is. You are owned by everybody. The liberal/socialist now has complete control over: what you do, think, say, make in wages, read, hear, watch, where you’re gonna live (assigned housing), how much you can keep and it is ALL subject to constant oversight and regulation. What kind of society does this breed? A society run by crazy and sadistic bureaucratic nosyparkers just itching to slam dunk someone on one infraction or another. They have to justify their existence within the socialist organism don’t you know? If you’re not scared as h*ll, you’re either not reading this or don’t believe me. Just one example to ponder: If socialism is so great, why does Cuba heavily regulate outside internet connections? Or China? Why does Britain have hundreds of CCTV’s with directional microphones throughout their cities monitoring their subjects every movement and conversation.

   Liberalism/socialism is like a tapeworm. It feeds, drops off eggs that get ingested, infecting as it goes on. The more “needy” people it creates, the more we need it. In that matter liberalism is much like the old Soviet gulags that tried to reform “malcontents” but ended up killing them thus proving that they were unsalvageable from the very beginning anyway! The liberal/socialist looks at the US economy the same way. That is, if it is healthy and vibrant, increase the amount of bloodsucking leeches, until it crumbles, then its mission accomplished. The liberal/socialist hates excellence and quality in production. Just take one quick look at the US auto industry to see that the liberal/socialist populated unions create a product so crappy you can’t give them away! Personal responsibility in the workplace is to a group effort entitling the group to confiscate and distribute the efforts of others. What the root of socialism is, is compulsory slavery to the masses.

What Socialism is not:

  a. tolerant of those who want personal independence.
  b. tolerant of people who want independent pursuits.
  c. tolerant of those who wish to excel at life.
  d. tolerant of those who want to be productive.
  e. tolerant of those who wish to be happy.

   Socialism could also be known as enforced mediocrity and oppression of individual excellence. There is a some measure of human beings who must be born with an innate resentment of other people. It has to be true since any socialist believer I’ve met is one whiny SOB. I believe that this Russian parable pretty much sums up the liberal/socialist. It goes like this:
 
   A farmer was unhappy and prayed to God for assistance and a short time later, much to his surprise, God boomed from the heavens, "What is wrong?" The man told God, "I had a cow but it just died. My neighbor has his cow, but I don’t." God asked him, “what you would have me do to end your misery?” The man flatly replied, “make my neighbor's cow die!"

   The liberal/socialist are people who have a river of resentment running through their personality probably from birth. Maybe they did not get enough pablum, who knows. They'd happiest when they see someone else suffer rather than seeing or working for an improvement in their own life. With Frau Hillary in charge, we're all going to equally suffer and for the "common good" through some mandatory social program slapping universal sacrifice on us all, except the elitists that is. The liberal/socialist derives a great satisfaction in the pain and suffering of others, not in Schadenfreude, but just to be equally as miserable as the liberal/socialist is! That is why these people hope that the US fails in Iraq. They hate the military, they hate Bush, they hate the USA, so if we lose, it’s all good despite any costs to themselves or to the nation. They satisfy their resentment and to them, that is good enough. What is bad is that social or economic system built upon resentment or class warfare is not productive but who cares, we’re all equal.

   In closing, let’s take a look at the Former Soviet Union whose socialist experiment lasted 74 years (1917-1991). The USSR kept their people caged behind walls and guards as well as keeping information outside where it could be screened for what might well have been deemed “hate-speech!” The USSR has (and still does have) some of the richest and most fertile agricultural land in the world, a cornucopia of natural resources, including oil and natural gas, a large population with good intelligence, and as such, they should have thrived beyond belief. But the socialist model could not match the capitalist model because socialism kills the human spirit. People in the Eastern Bloc died trying to escape it and as The Gunny has stated before, if it was so GOOD, why were THEY LEAVING? Why weren’t people trying to bust IN to cash in on the good deal? The USSR failed to achieve a high standard of living with economic power simply because control of the people was paramount. Any economic problems were glossed over and disregarded and the state run media never discussed the crumbling nation in a failed effort to deny the bankruptcy of socialism.

   Socialism cranks our spiritless, dependent, programmed, drones who are motivated by envy, hated, and resentment. It seems in America today that many people, about 50.1% of the population are more than willing to compromise their personal freedom for something (socialism) that claims to provides support for their irresponsibility in life. The liberal/socialists have gained ground by providing this 50.1% of the population with individual or group payoffs. Want gay rights? Vote for the Democrats? Want more welfare? Want 5,000.00 per baby? Want gun control? Want Bush impeached? Vote Democrat. They’re everything to everyone and nothing to the nation. The liberal/socialist is happy to suck on the socialist teat at the expense of others and one day, the process will go beyond the resources of our society to feed it the angry liberal child. The corruption of the left is starkly evident as they covered for and continue to tolerate, an impeached President who was a total disgrace to America. That 50.1% has learned that they can  coast through life in self-indulgence (the “soft-squeezy” crowd) while taking and spending OPM (other people’s money) to support it.

   When the scales of the parasites outweighs the host, the body dies. It is that simple.

   In part four, we're going to explore how the liberal/socialist puts reality at bay and works to destroy an economy like a termite wrecks a house.

   Liberal/socialists seek to expand this idea as it buys the politician votes from an ever expanding voter base that grow lazier and stupider (if that’s possible). They seek to spread load the cost of supporting these parasites among the entire population much like dropping a frog in cold water and slowly applying the heat in ever-increasing amounts. Soon, before one knows it, they’re getting 10% of their paycheck to live on, but the government “gives” them everything. A quick peek at the British National Health Care System should drive a stake through the heart of that idea! The Liberal/Socialists demand that the basic economic laws be tossed out of the window (like they could be) in order to deliver results that cannot be sustained over time. For example, France’s socialist economy is going nowhere fast, entrepreneurs seek to create business' elsewhere, no one wants to work for anything, and taxes are crushing. But hey, they can’t be fired from their job and they get free health care.

   In another area, the Liberal/Socialist seeks to debate reality out of existence and go straight into a fantasy world. In the area of foreign policy, we might point to a Neville Chamberlain getting “played” by Hitler or a Jimmy Carter getting “played” by every dictator and tinpot despot on the planet. Anyone who says anything different to the spoiled children of the “soft-squeezy” generation becomes a Mommy or a Daddy telling them that they are wrong! Any advice to them becomes rules to avoid, bent, or break. Bill Clinton, the leader of the spoiled “soft-squeezy” generation is an excellent example. When his legal bills for his scandals mounted, he tried to use the Soldier’s and Sailor’s Relief Act to negate the costs but when it was stated that he should be tried under the UCMJ for perjury, adultery, and conduct unbecoming as the Commander-in-Chief, suddenly, the spoiled child claimed his civilian status! To a Liberal/Socialist, there are no limits to what they can or should be given, or how many chances they should get when they screw up, or that they should clean up their own messes in life. That they should be responsible for them is simply unacceptable to the liberal/socialist.

   This failed ideology has become the ideology of the spoiled child who must be supported by spoiling parent enablers, called the rest of the population! It has been said many times that liberals are the doom and gloom crowd and they’ve expanded on this “round-the-clock” anger of their empty pathetic lives into an absolute dissatisfaction with America, our economic system, and everything else that is good about America. They are the perpetual America bashers who will never be satisfied. Again, as The Gunny’s father used to say: “Liberals would b*tch if they were hung with a new rope.” Exactly. To a liberal/socialist, there can be no consequences for their behavior because if there IS, then life isn’t fair. If you have teenagers. You know exactly that of which I describe. “I have to clean my room? That’s not fair!” Usually followed by a door slam.

   Hillary Clinton will be the next President of the USA (God I hope I’m wrong) and will be put there by single females who simply think it’s time for a woman to be President, nothing more. These women are the bitter creations of a sordid liberal life who recognize in Hillary a kindred spirit, who’ve been used and abused by men, (who were sexually liberated by women’s lib), to not have any responsibility for their actions in or out of bed. Confusing? You’re d*mn tooting. Maureen Dowd once claimed in an article that she couldn’t get married because there are no good men or words to that effect. All men (liberals) only want to jump in the sack and move on. Well, why buy the milk if you can get the cow for free? These bitter women see society as unfair and the clowns around them (liberal men) as the real problem within America. If we can just elect Hillary they cry, we can legislate things right! The immorality of the Liberal/Socialist, where there is no God to judge us, is driving this train towards the end of the track!

   In the Clinton White House, let’s not forget (although they want us too) that neither Bill nor Hillary EVER made any declarative moral statements. They never denounced late-term abortion or teen sex, for example. And when trouble hit Bill, it was always, “those” women who tricked Bill, or it was “those” Vast Right Wing Conspiracy nuts wanting to impeach Bill over a sex act. Not the perjury mind you, it was all about the “Lewinsky.” As stated above, in the Liberal/Socialist camp, there is always something or someone else to blame one’s problems on. It wasn’t Bill’s fault that he couldn’t keep his member to himself; it was the fact that he was raised by women that he could not help himself. He was a sex addict another enabler yammered. See how that works? Take the next step and assume Hillary Care is rolling along sucking up tax dollars like Hugh Rodham sucking up coke, what will be the excuse then? “It’s not OUR fault; it’s the fault of the (fill in the blank.) Goebbels used the same technique as did Stalin, Castro, Mao, Pol Pot, and every totalitarian dictator in history.

   And speaking of the Clintons, or rather, liberal/socialists, the current brouhaha regarding Rush is simply a backlash from the liberal/socialists who seem to think that the American public WANT to swallow what the liberal/socialist promulgate however, when we’re presented with an alternative to liberal drivel, the free market driven public eats it up while the liberal/socialists go berserk and refuse to believe it. When Rush, for example, sells more books than anyone else in the country the liberal/socialists scream in rage and call the American public stupid, rednecks, yahoos, yokels, bumpkins, etc. Evidently, we’re not sufficiently “nuanced” to receive their message. The liberal/socialist thinks as such: "after we take over we'll all eat cookies and milk." John Q. Public replies, "but I don't know if I like cookies and milk." At which point Frau Hillary then orders, “after we take over YOU WILL EAT cookies and milk!" Think The Gunny is wrong? How’s that mandatory Social Security working for ya?

   And speaking of making things mandatory, we should always remember that there has never been a socialist society that was not heavily controlled and highly regimented. North Korea is an excellent example of an authoritarian societies absolutely no human freedom. Why should they? The Man (or Woman) knows what’s good for you. “Less is more.” The liberal/socialist LOVES things like group choice as individuality is worth sacrificing to meet the needs, desires, or demands of the group. Here are a few treats from the mouth of Frau Hillary:

"It's time for a new beginning, for an end to government of the few, by the few, and for the few. And to replace it with shared responsibility for shared prosperity." "We must stop thinking of the individual and start thinking about what is best for society."
