LIBERAL LAWYERS SUCK!

Okay, we all know that the best lawyer is a dead one, or that 5,000 lawyers on the bottom of the sea is a good start. But here is a clear cut case of lawyers being pure scumbags simply for the joys of scumbaggery. The only reason that lawyers want the death penalty stopped is that it gives them more scumbags to service...and charge. That is the driving force behind this issue to stop the death penalty and keep these vermin locked up for life...while WE foot the bill. Every time one of these scummy shysters files an appeal for their "client", it costs the US TAXPAYER money since they use public defenders. WE are paying the LEGAL BILLS for the pieces of human sh*t that commit the crimes! SUCH A DEAL HUH!?

The Gunny wonders HOW LONG the ABA would keep this bullsqueeze running if THEY had to pay the 75.00 per diem, per prisoner (approx average DoJ), instead of executioning the vermin. The vermin that these lawyers protect are rapists, child molesters, and heinous murderers INCAPABLE of living among normal people AND abiding by society's mores. They are human garbage and don't deserve to live, period. Every day that the dregs of human society, locked up for life exist, is one more day that some scumbag hanky-twisting liberal judge or group of libturds on a parole board, can free them.

The American Bar Association stated that serious problems in state death penalty systems compromise fairness and accuracy in capital punishment cases and justify a nationwide freeze on executions. They cited such problems as:

1. Spotty collection and preservation of DNA
evidence, which has been used to exonerate more than 200 inmates. (NONE on death row!)

2. Misidentification by eyewitnesses. (NONE on Death Row!)

3. False confessions from defendants. (BULLSH*T!)

4. Persistent racial disparities that make death sentences more likely when victims are white. (Blacks commit 80% of violent crime in America. Gee, go figure that MORE blacks are on Death Row than whites! SIMPLE MATH libturds.)

The report is a compilation of separate reviews done over the past three years of how the death penalty operates in eight states: Alabama, Arizona, Georgia, Florida, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Tennessee. Teams that studied the systems in Arizona, Florida and Pennsylvania did not call for a halt to executions in those states. But the ABA said every state with the death penalty should review its execution procedures before putting anyone else to death. (Dear ABA, SCREW YOU!) "After carefully studying the way states across the spectrum handle executions, it has become crystal clear that the process is deeply flawed," said Stephen F. Hanlon, chairman of the ABA Death Penalty Moratorium Implementation Project. "The death penalty system is rife with irregularity."
State and federal courts have effectively stopped most executions pending a high court decision.

   And GUESS WHAT?

Prosecutors and death penalty supporters have said the eight state studies were flawed because the ABA teams were made up mainly of death penalty opponents. And THAT is how the liberals get over on us folks, by stacking the deck AGAINST us. The PEOPLE and ONLY the people should decide if they want a death penalty in their state, NOT rich lawyers out of more cash!

ABA's mission: Working to Obtain a Nationwide Moratorium on Executions

Here are the libturds running this show.
